Spacious home with plenty of room to sprawl out! Conveniently located near grocery stores and much more. Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to lake Michigan, and 20 minutes to Gun Lake Casino. The airport is just over 10 minutes away and only 5 minutes to Metro hospital. Our home is located on a peaceful residential cul-de-sac and close to many shopping centers and restaurants.

Lots of room 2 stories with a nice finished basement.One Bedroom on each floor. Bathroom upstairs and main floor. (3 Seperate floors).Great host, great amenities.

We were in town for my daughters college graduation and there was a total of 8 of us. The sleeping arrangements of the house description said sleeps 8 with a queen bed and single bed in the 1st living area. However, the sofa is not a sofa bed, and the lounge, sofa chair is not a single bed. My brother slept on the L sofa in the finished basement (does not have a bathroom). The rest of us were able to sleep in a bed in one of the 3 bedrooms which were roomy and comfortable. One of the drawers in the kitchen was off its hinges. We tried using the dishwasher and the soap in the dispenser did not come out when it washed. The dining table had 3 chairs and sat 4 people. The counter space was great and we used the counter bar stools to accommodate others.The back yard is wonderful and the garage was a great place to hang out! The house was clean and for the most part comfortable.

Hi Amy! There is a double air matress available and a single regular matress. That is why the sleeping arrangements are listed as they are. If you would have messaged me I could have guided you to solve this problem. That was also listed in the welcome booklet.

What a cute and comfortable place! Trisha made the check-in process simple and accessible and was available for questions when needed. We loved the location and the amenities and it was perfect for our weekend trip!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. House was amazing, felt just like home. Yard was so nice I wanted to take that grass home with me!! Beautiful deck out back, and we spent lots of time outside. Love the well lit porch and driveway and how easy it was to walk into the garage, set our stuff down, take off your shoes, and then walk into the house. I’d live there every day if I could!

This home was perfect. Enjoyed our stay. We originally planned for 6 to stay but ended up with 5. Enough room for everyone. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Host responded quickly to all questions. Would not hesitate to stay again when the opportunity comes again.

Hometown visit.

Nice home neighborhood. We had seven staying and everyone was comfortable. The host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and centrally located to all the places we needed to go. We definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Very good experience...

Overall, this house fit our needs perfectly. We were willing to deal with the lack of beds for the size of our group and sleep on couches as needed, but there did seem to be a shortage of blankets to accomodate a larger group. That said, would still recommend this one...

Sleeps 6 comfortable

Overall impression is good, the only thing is the sleeping arrangement, we came with 9, 6 could sleep in a bed , 3 had to sleep on a couch or air mattres and there was only a dining table for 4. Price is good for what you get

Thanks for your review Sandra! There isn't an exact spot for me to list the extra sleeping arrangements on the site. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, another bedroom with a king, and an extra queen air matress and twin floor mattress for the basement living space area. As far as dining there is a 4 person dining table, 2 barstools at the counter, another 4 person table in the garage and a picnic table, and a 2 person table on the back deck. I know this isn't 9 seating all together however the pictures do not show that as well.

family gathering in Grand Rapids

We were attending a wedding in grand rapids for the weekend. We had 3 couples. We found the house to be clean and perfect for our needs on this trip. The 3 BDRS were sufficient and the main sitting area allowed us to get together for socializing. The kitchen had everything we needed.Top draws included the proximity to stores like Walmart, Kroger, Meijers etc which allowed us to pickup supplies for the weekend. We were within 5-7 miles from downtown Grand Rapids which was perfect as we spent most of our time there. Communication was great throughout the process and we would not hesitate to stay there again if we are in that area.
