Easy Access Full Duplex - Sleeps 12

Henderson Lake district duplex. Enjoy both sides of this duplex. This centrally located duplex lets you get anywhere in the City of Lethbridge. Sleeps 12 in beds. Enjoy 2 kitchens, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths.
This Bi-level duplex is centrally located in the beautiful Henderson Lake area. Easy access off the #3 highway through Lethbridge. You will be able to get anywhere in the City of Lethbridge within minutes. North, South, East, or West, this home has you covered. With all the amenities of home, you will be comfortable and secure.
The duplex has a 3 bedrooms on each side and can sleep 6 on each side for a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 in beds. Enjoy the use of 2 laundry rooms, 2 kitchens, (with lots of storage) a dining area, living room, and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms on each side for 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
There is no access door to the other side inside the house but easy to get from side to side out the front doors or back doors.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is also parking at the rear of the property under a carport on each side.
Enjoy two small back decks with a BBQ on each deck to hang out in the evenings or morning coffee, located at the back of the house under a covered porch.

Perfect for families

Walkable to playground at Henderson Lake park. Clean and nice layout for family gatherings. Rooms were big enough to accommodate a pack and play for baby. Host was very responsive when I had a question.

Close to the venue having both sides of the duplex was great since we were there with family. Don’t really have anything negative to say. Except the beds were not very comfortable. But perfect for a large group.

Good hotel alternative

We were attending a conference and instead of booking individual hotel rooms, stayed at these two duplexes for a combined six bedrooms and ample space.

We had 8 adults stay there, very convenient. Nice to make own meals so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. Good location.

I misunderstood the booking, completely my fault, and was a bit surprised to be staying in two duplexes instead of 1. We split the family up and stayed comfortably regardless.

Perfect

When we got there we didn’t realize we had both sides. I called management and he was understanding and really nice and explained that we rented both sides.The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend this place and if we play in Lethbridge will rent again.

Great place to stay!

Property was great! Owners were very responsive. Clean and well equipped. Everything you need is right there. We really enjoyed our trip and this place made the trip more enjoyable. Cooked, grilled, hung out. Nothing better. Shameless plug for a nice eatery … if you want a nice meal, go to Pubs.

Family Reunion in Lethbridge

We travelled to Lethbridge for a family reunion, family needed 5 bedrooms. This property was a good location and quite clean. Each side of the duplex is a bi-level townhome with 3 bedrooms in the lower level. It worked well for what we needed.

Great stay for large groups

We had a great stay in Lethbridge. The house was spotless, perfect for our team who was in town for a tournament. The property is actually 2 sides of a duplex (6 ppl per side) rather than 1 space for 12c but it was not an issue for our group. Had everything we needed and the beds were comfy and clean! Hosts were very accommodating for our schedule.

Excellent Communication

We would like to thank our host for his constant updates. We were asked if we would like to check in early at 3:00 pm. He contacted me at 2:45 to inform us there was a plumbing concern and that a plumber was on the way. Plumber showed up at 3:20 fixed the problem so there was no down time for our group of 10. The duplex was as advertised, clean, well stocked and plenty of parking.

Very nice. We had a group of 9 adults and we booked both sides of the duplex. Plenty of room.

We all really enjoyed this experience. Only thing I’d suggest is to add sone more chairs fur the dining area. There is room to sleep 6 people but only seating for 4 at the table.
