This Bi-level duplex is centrally located in the beautiful Henderson Lake area. You will be able to get anywhere in the City of Lethbridge within minutes. North, South, East, or West, this home has you covered. With all the amenities of home, you will be comfortable and secure.
The duplex has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 5, a laundry room, kitchen, (with lots of storage) a dining area, living room, and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is also parking at the rear of the property under a carport.
Enjoy a small back deck with a BBQ to hang out in the evenings or morning coffee, located at the back of the house under a roof.
