We had trouble getting into the property. The code we were given to the garage door (no parking outside) was not accurate. Also the code through the lobby door was inaccurate.The view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Perfect location for a wonderful view of the lake. Right next to a walking path. Just across the highway from grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of seating and very comfortable.

The view itself sells this place! The condo is nice but dated as is most of the condos around Lake Dillion. Upon arrival the place was very clean minus a feminine product left in trash can. Honest mistake … white and stuck to plastic bag. Overall, very nice stay and would stay here again.

The view is wonderful. Easy access to walking and bike paths. It was not a problem for us but people should know that the large bedroom with the view has an open connection to the living area so it lacks some privacy and protection from noise. Like I said that did not cause a problem for us. The view from the bed in that room is well worth it !

Great location to lake and amphitheater

We spent the weekend with a friend going to concerts ands hanging on the lake. It was perfect!

Won't ever rent this place again

First of all, the mountain views are incredible. We have rented condos in this building several times over the years because of the view. First time renting this one and the view carries most of the weight of the 3 star rating. We give the view 5 stars. The master bath has been mostly remodeled and is nice, but rest of the unit is extremely dated and very unappealing decor, which is also very old. The king bed was comfortable. Although most things were functional, all appliances are old. The door to the dryer won't stay shut because the lint trap piece is so bent out of shape. The unit was mostly clean with the exception of the little breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining areas, which we cleaned...........and the WORST was when we went out onto the balcony our first evening there and found dog poop out there!!!! Pets are not supposed to be allowed, but nonetheless, the cleaning crew should have taken care of it. We texted a picture of it to Ed, the Property Manager, and he didn't even acknowledge our text, nor sent anyone over to clean it up, so we had to deal with it the entire 3 days we were there as we did not care to clean it up and it wasn't our responsibility . Place is extremely dated, carpet is worn, torn in places and stained, some furniture has the finish worn off, there was NO hand soap anywhere in the entire unit.......only the little bath bar soaps. So if you want to wash your hands with anything other than Dawn dishwashing liquid, bring your own! No hooks in either bathroom to hang clothes or robe, etc on after showering or changing. Patio furniture is really old with cracked and icky white plastic chairs and rusting wrought iron seating. Although we didn't cook any meals while there, the kitchen seems fairly adequately supplied except there are only a few actual glass drinking glasses. Plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs.......and half a dozen or so very old worn, plastic glasses. We realize the very dated and unappealing decor are reflected in the nightly rate as we've paid more per night at nicer units there that we've stayed in. We knew this one was dated by the pictures, but it was available the weekend we needed, so we gave it a shot. We will pay a little more per night in the future and get a nicer one..........will not be back to this one ever again. Owner could get so much more in rent if they'd do some updating.

Beautiful lake views

This Poimt Dillon condo is located near the dam and has an excellent view of lake and mountains from a large balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Nice and firm. There was a stand alone shower in the master bath which we enjoyed. Very nice place to stay.

Great location / beautiful view

The view of the lake and mountains still doesn't get old. It was a great base for going to Copper, A-Basin and surrounding area at a lower altitude. Convenient shops across the street, but once you pull into the garage, you wouldn't know you were so close to town.

Great Location

This place was a great spot to stay at for its location and beautiful views. The only downside is it is like walking back into the 90s, things were a bit outdated. It did not have a negative impact on the stay though. Overall it is a good place.

Location is easily accessible from main highway. The parking garage was not availible due to supposed water leak. Very limited parking outside. Some of the lighting didn't work and interior is rather dated. Would have been nice tohave a direct walkway access to the lake front.

Condo was clean and roomy. Very nice location on lake! Great place to relax after skiing. Nice outside balcony, with lake view, and sunrises!Dishwasher not working though. Also, I was not informed that underground parking area was not available. This caused me to have to park in various areas around the property. Including across street. Because other vehicles were occupying the few outside parking stalls.

Great local spot

Great location for our group of Keystone and Breck enthusiasts. Kitchen was well stocked and all in all a very comfortable stay. As other reviews have mentioned, the garage clearance is low, but there are a few parking spots outside.

Lights?

No entrance light. Lamps had bulbs out, oven light out, under microwave was out. Needed more big towels instead of so many hand/floor towels. Couple laundry pods would have been useful. Besides that, the place was clean, smell free. All the pots, pans and utensils one would need.Beds were comfy. Four Tv remotes was a bit much.Garage height is 6' 3", so forget getting in with skis on the roof of bigger SUV.Big balcony with nice bbq grill and great view of lake!Easy come and go access with elevator and carts.Recycle trash can labeled with detail, however no recycling dumpster on site. Just the one you throw all trash in. Loved the rolling bed under the bed!Even had spices in the cupboard but no basic condiments. Many don't leave these in the fridge due to folks possibly getting I'll from them. I would sign a waiver to not have to go and buy mayo and ketchup if an option.

Couldn't find a better place for the best view! The kitchen was fully equipped with every dish and cooking utensil. The furniture was so comfy as were the beds! The Hot Tub just a few steps away, was perfect! We have already recommended this place to friends!

Very nice

Very clean and nice. Having the elevator and garage was great! Only minor complaint is the bathroom fans were very loud. The fans automatically came on when the light was turned on.

Location, location, location.

We traveled from Denver to Dillon for a weekend getaway with our baby. Our accommodation was right on the Dillon Lake Loop bike path, which allowed me to enjoy a morning ride. We found Dillon Dam Brewery and Bistro North nearby—both excellent restaurants. There was also a grocery store conveniently close. In the evenings, my husband and I loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the sunset. The pool was empty when we took our baby for a swim, making it a peaceful experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
