Easily walk to Park City Mountain Resort from this stylish remodeled condo that offers beautiful views of the mountain and ski runs! It's also conveniently located on the free shuttle route for easy access to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley Resort, Main Street, and all of the area's attractions.

Unwind in the living room, where you can enjoy a large flat-screen TV and a cozy wood-burning fireplace—ideal after a day exploring in the mountains. Step out onto the deck to soak in the breathtaking views of Park City Mountain Resort.

This inviting condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main suite includes a plush queen size bed and a large closet. Just outside the bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom in the hall. The loft area provides additional space to unwind, featuring a sectional sofa that converts into a full-size bed. The second bedroom, located in the loft, has a full over queen size bunk bed and a spacious shared bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.

When you’re not indulging in one of Park City's renowned restaurants, the modest kitchen (note: no dishwasher) is well equipped for easy meal prep, complemented by a dining table with seating for six.

Additional amenities include WiFi, a private washer and dryer, complimentary parking for one vehicle, and a common area hot tub and heated pool available in winter/summer seasons. Moderate Plus rating.

Happy with our stay

Cozy but that’s what the pictures showed…Good location, very clean, with a wood burning fireplace. We enjoyed our stay and our 6 year old loved the upstairs and bunk beds

Great spot for our ski trip

This unit had everything we needed for our springtime ski trip to Park City. The upstairs space was great for our 12- and 14-year-old sons and we all enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The kitchen was well-equipped and the washer and dryer were useful. We walked to the slopes and also to restaurants and shopping.

In the Summer, there is no air conditioning and the property could use a few more blinds to block out the strong sun and a few more fans.

Second year in a row to stay here. Perfect size for my family of five. Walking distance to downtown. Mountain. And grocery store. Perfect location! Had an issue with some trash left behind couch from previous tenant. It was handled quickly and perfectly. Will stay again!

Short Midweek Stay

The property was newly renovated and beautiful! Definitely could walk to the hill if you wanted but bus stop is right out the door basically. I don’t ski so I just drove my kids over and dropped them off and picked them up. We took the bus into town every night for dinner.

Beautiful Property

Property was spacious and clean and is super close to shops and restaurants. It doesn’t have AC so the days were HOT and if you have small kiddos that still take naps make sure to bring your own blackout curtains. The only ones they have here are super sheer.

First Time in Park City

This was our first time to Park City. We came for a Lacrosse tournament and decided to extend the trip and explore. The Condo had a lot more room than a hotel room, so we booked the last minute. Just an FYI...there is no A/C so it does get pretty warm between about 2pm-9pm. It was hard to cool upstairs off with only one window in the loft. The nicer bathroom is actually upstairs and the master downstairs is a queen. Also, there is not a dishwasher. ALL of this is clearly on the website, but wanted to give a heads up in case you book quickly like we did. Check in and check out were a breeze. The condo was great!

walk to park city condo

great great place - location superb , walked across street to lift - nicely remodeled and very clean beds very comfy - only 2 things that i feel could be improved- curtains - in bedroom they allowed light to filter in and in living room - very dingy and dirty - also we'd prefer a notebook on condos rules and check out procedures instead of just on an email. Call me old school but it sure makes it easier - thanks so much - we had a great time at this condo !!!

Great location close to Park City Mountain Base

Nice condo just across the street from the bus stop to the mountain base, but also walkable if you choose. Grocery and other amenities very close by. Condo was well furnished as listed and still feels recently renovated. Beds are very comfortable. Make note that this is a third floor walk up; something to keep in mind if you have infants or older guests (especially with the altitude). It would be helpful to have this detail in the listing (perhaps we missed it?). Found crumbs in the dining area and an unwashed towel in the bathroom, but otherwise, the property was clean and comfortable for our family of four.

The place served us pretty well, but here is feedback: the photos make it look nicer than it is, they did not provide any detergent for the washer, they had no dish rags and very flimsy paper towels and one terrible sponge, no surface cleaners. Additionally, they provided logs and fire starters, but the logs were too damp to ignite. Also, the hot tub was closed some of the time. That all said, the proximity to Park City Mountain is great, and parking was easy. And the space for a family was much better than a hotel room.
