This condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. This comfortable 2-bedrooms, 2-baths condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare a nice meal, tile flooring in living/kitchen area and tasteful décor. The living area features a large flat screen TV and a very comfortable sectional couch. There is a king size bed with a flat screen TV in the main bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and also features a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms are remodeled with beautiful wall tile. The living room is on the beach side of the condo and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and Coin operated washer/dryer on site.

This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a small pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Treasure Island Vacation

Great place right on the beach. Able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunsets every night. We enjoyed every minute we were there.

5th Time at Sunset Chateau

Initial problems were dealt with quickly and pleasantly by Miriam . She was quite patient when we lost the keys and forgot to hand back one of the parking passes. The condo itself is very comfortable though the kitchen would benefit from some rationing of equipment to leave some space to store groceries. Overall a pleasant though very busy holiday( we had our 2 year old grandson with us)

Beautiful beach,condo needs major updating

Our condo is in much needed updating.We didn't have any beach chairs that were in good condition.The condo itself was not clean.The bedding old .There is exposed wiring in the unit so not good for a family with children.You cannot complain about the view of the gulf.

Needs updates

The refrigerator leaked water from freezer to fridge, to the point it was leaking on the floor. Had to dump water out of crisper drawer twice during stay, ruining our food. Contacted owner but never got a response. The painted cement floors in bedrooms very cold in February. Needs carpet.

We had to make a change a few weeks after we made the reservation. We still used RR, we just changed weeks and had to change units due to availability. We did this 6 months prior to traveling. They would not give us our deposit back. We had used RR once before and things were great. We stay in this building once a year. This may be the last time RR gets our business tho.

Perfect escape for our family of 3.

Miriam’s unit was perfect. The place was super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the master bath was especially beautiful with the recent renovations (I think). The bed in the master was a bit firm but the extra bed in the second bedroom was comfortable. We used the king bed (extra bedroom) for my son to sleep on which I ended up sleeping on some nights. The extra surprise plus we received was that the chair in that second bedroom was a rocker! Helped so much to put my 22 month old son down to bed in a strange place. You can see both the ocean front from the living room and the bay from your bedroom windows. Plenty of towels and dishes. The place only had 2 rolls of toilet paper (I don’t know if ya usually provided) so we just picked some up from Publix. We’d stay again for sure with our family of 4 next year if we don’t come with the in laws. Thanks for the beautiful rental!

Condo had everything that we would need- stuff for the beach and plenty of kitchenware for us to make meals. The pool was a great temp but the "oldtimer" crew that hangs out around the deck and in the shallow end made it clear that they didn't really like kids playing in "their pool". There were several families there that felt that same way. It was disappointing and to be honest kind of put a major damper on our vacation. As for the condo, the floors were somewhat dirty in the bedrooms and bathroom. Overall, we had a great time but felt that the condo was overpriced for the value it brought, all things considered.

Resort Rentals Property Management Terrible

Resort Rental Property Management has terrible service. Right from the point of contact at check in the service was rude and condescending. When we arrived at Sunset Chateau the Cond was not cleaned thoroughly. The windows were cloudy with thick residue, the toilet had black streaks running down the bowl, the air vents were fuzzy with dirt, and the kitchen sink was plugged. Their cleaning service is subpar. For our two week stay with 4 adults we were given 4 towels. When we called and said we would need more towels we were told "it clearly states in the rental agreement this is all that would be provided." REALLY.... Everything about Resort Rentals screams of cutting corners and being CHEAP. When spending thousands of dollars on a vacation the last thing a traveler wants to do is haul his own bath towels halfway across the country or go to the laundry mat. Get real Resort Rentals and concentrate on customer satisfaction instead of your profits. I could go on with other examples and have pictures to verify all this, but I digress......

Best location in the area

This was my 5th year at Sunset Chateau. Love it there. Property Management was excellent. Very attentive. When we arrived the AC was not working. When I called someone was at the unit within minutes. They did some troubleshooting and called their HVAC company and it was fixed. When we returned from dinner the unit was comfortable. This was my first year in this unit. It is beautifully decorated. Furniture is very nice and not weathered like some units. A bit discouraged that the unit was not well appointed. Kitchen has very old dishes, pots/pans, utensils. There is NO salt/pepper, cling wrap, bags, scissors, rubber spatula. No biggie, we just grabbed these items from Dollar Tree. The other thing that was sad is what is there for the beach. All the beach chairs are broken. We had to carry the big plastic deck chairs to the beach. Also the iron was from the 1950s. We bought a new iron for the unit. Hopefully it’s stays there for future guests to use. Just a few inconveniences for us. We still had an amazing time. This unit is very nice!

Property and condo were nice. We were disappointed there were no pool chairs to relax in. There were a few partially broken beach chairs in the condo, though. Nice stretch of beach and location.
