This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Larger families/groups may be considered upon request — please contact us in advance. >>If more than 8 adults are booked without prior approval, and no response is received to our requests within 30 days of check-in, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Guest Rules ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>Parking is limited: maximum of 2 car. >>Special requests ( ie extra bedding) must be made 48 hours in advance. >>Last-minute requests incur a $100 setup fee (minimum 2 hours’ notice required). >>Same-Day Booking Policy: Bookings must be made before 6:00 pm. Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. The property had plenty of room and felt like home to our family and dog. Huge living areas, great outdoor space and it was peace of mind to have 2 cars secured behind the roller door with space for another 2 cars in the driveway. Lovely neighbourhood and close to shops.

The property is in a convenient location and has everything you need for your stay. Spacious kitchen & plenty of outdoor options.A few minor issues throughout the booking and check in process were promptly dealt with and resolved.Would stay there again.Minor issue to be aware that if you have larger vehicles they might not fit in the lock up garage although there is also driveway.

It advertises that it is a 5 bedroom house but that is not correct. It only has 4 bedrooms which is misleading. House was not cleaned and had mouldy outdoor cushions. Upon arrival house was extreme hot and tried to call the given number on two occasions but no answer.
