Beautiful and very well equipped home. Suitable for our large group with two small kids. The pool is lovely and the canal in the back yard was a huge hit with the kids. Racquel was a lovely host and was incredibly accommodating.

Nicest house I've stayed in. Location is close to most of our activities at Surfer's. Back deck and view is gorgeous. Host is gracious, attentive and prompt, even with minor details. Would happily stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enoyed our stay. Racquel was so helpful and accommodating. Only issue we had was the showers but other than that, highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our family of ten. We loved the pool, outdoor decking with lake views, and the big lounge for family movie nights. Racquel was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely stay again!

Racquel was a fabulous host, with great communication and flexibility as needed upon arrival. (Allowing us to drop off bags prior to check in)The house itself exceeded our best hopes and expectations, was a very short drive to Broadbeach centre, had fabulous outdoor areas including the pool which was used daily by both children and adults alike. This place was amazing. The deck is huge with three different seating areas and a BBQ, all looking out over the lagoon which was absolutely beautiful. You can also see the city from the deck which was pretty awesome.The house itself has so much space. We had a group of 10 and never felt cramped — everyone could move around easily. The outside retreat area was perfect if you wanted a bit of quiet time away from everyone.The location was great too. Close to the city and different shopping centres, and only about 20 minutes from all the theme parks including Currumbin, and the airport if you fly into OOL.The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Having three bathrooms was perfect for a big group. Everything was spotless when we arrived — bathrooms stocked with shampoo etc, plenty of towels, and the grounds were really well maintained.But what really made the stay special was the owner. They were always just a quick message away and explained everything clearly, which made the whole place feel like home.Our family absolutely loved staying here. It’s a beautiful property and we had an awesome week. If we come back to the Gold Coast again, we’ll definitely try to book this house again.Thank you for such a great stay.

Gorgeous family friendly property

After a disastrous first day at another Gold Coast house, we were so lucky to find this place. Raquel was very helpful and responsive, and check in was super easy.The kids loved the pool and the back deck and pier and access to the canal was wonderful. The rooms were clean and kitchen lovely and well appointed. Highly recommend for a big group or 2-3 families.

The host was welcoming. We did not have air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. A air con tech came out on the third day of our stay however the air con was still not working well. The cleaning in the house was not great and there was no liquid soap in the container in the main bathroom.

The air-conditioning system is new, and upon checking after departure, the air conditioning was confirmed to be working and blowing cold air. The property was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival; however, we take your comments on cleaning and amenities seriously and will review this to ensure our standards remain high. We actually provide more than required with the amenities. Apologies if one of the hand soaps was a little low. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
