Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Lazy River! This wonderful villa resides on the shores of a serene lake within the gated community of Moody River in North Fort Myers. It is renowned for its resort-style amenities and its proximity to Fort Myers' Riverdistrict with its art galleries, restaurants, vibrant nightlife and early 18th-century buildings! Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) is close by as well as the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island! Private pool PLUS community resort pool and spa, tennis and basketball courts, 24 hour Gym, Pool Billiards in the Club House, and so much more.

PLEASE NOTE: All 2027 bookings have to be approved by the homeowner before we can accept a booking.
PLEASE NOTE: minimum is 28 nights!
PLEASE NOTE: an approved rental application and $200 application fee through the association is required!
Guests have an electric allowance of $150/month and only pay what they use more.
