Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.

- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.

- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

- Please note that there is a flight of stairs (approximately 14 steps) leading to the three bedrooms on the lower level of the home.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.

2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.

3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.

*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

*All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.

*Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.*

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! Then they gave us a number to call and the first thing they asked is credit card number so we couldn’t even get through to them! We were left stranded in Edmonton on the weekend of a concert. No hotels available. They wouldn’t even find us a new rental and they said they made the same mistakes the day before. Then to top it all of they sent me a email the following day asking me how my stay was and to leave a review. BE AWARE MAJOR MAJOR SCAM!!!!!!!!

Great home base to attend Final 8 basketball championships at Saville Centrr

Hosts did a great job communicating with us and the accommodation was clean and very well stocked modern kitchen. One suggestion would be revised shower curtain hooks as the current ones don’t slide properly on the bar. That is a very minor issue by the way!

Perfect for a family getaway

This property was in a great central location, and it was very clean and neat! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Because the only living room space doubles as a bedroom, it’s short on “hang out” space for the family, but it was still nice for people to have their own bedrooms. The kitchen was very bright and well-stocked with dishes and cookware. I would recommend this place highly as an alternative to a hotel for a shorter-term stay.
