This studio with loft is on the top floor at the Lodge at Lincoln Station. Take the elevator and walk across, or the side entry staircase nearby. Enter a small foyer area with a closet to hang your things on the left and a full bath to your right. Step beyond into the open living area. The kitchen is to your right, with all the major appliances. Just beyond is a table that comfortably seats 4, with extra seating nearby. In the living area, an almost new sleep sofa makes for comfortable TV watching in front of the electric fireplace, or enjoy the mountain views outside. Blackout drapes allow for a restful night. Take the stairs up to the open loft area, where you'll find a queen bed and set of twin bunk beds, as well as another flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, and a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has built-in air conditioning in the living room.

Location was convenient and the room was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Our WiFi didn’t work at all and after speaking with 4 different people across 2 days the solution was to connect to a different network with poor connection which was not ideal. No one we spoke with was apologetic of the issue and seemed annoyed we were asking for help.

Great location

This condo is in a great location, convenient to lots of restaurants and activities. Indoor and outdoor pools, and easy access to river behind. Lincoln Main St restaurants are walkable. We enjoyed our stay.

Unit was extremely hot, AC was dirty and not running when we arrived. No AC in the loft space. We left immediately and did not stay.

Great for a get away weekend

We love the location. The building is great- we used pool, hot tub, game room. Everything you need is in condo. It’s a great choice for reasonably priced it-works accommodations. No frills is part of the charm. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets.

Much needed time in the mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Lodge was great our family of 5 had a awesome time at the Lodge and close enough to Loon Mountain to enjoy our times. We would definitely book again!

Lincoln stay

Needs more organization in kitchen. Lots of extra dishes and items that crowd up cabinets and make it difficult to find what you need for meal prep. Space is a premium so only need essential items.

Nice fall getaway

The location of this property was great and there was plenty of room for 2 people, I did however have to do some cleaning when we arrived. The bathroom floor boards were covered in dust and hair, as was the floor behind the bathroom door. The property advertised having a DVD player so we brought movies to watch as rain was in the forecast, there was no DVD player but after a phone call, maintenance came with one the next day. Overall it was a good stay after a little TLC on the condo.

The property was clean I had trouble with the TV and someone came really fast which I liked , the only thing I didn't like is on my arrival I called for help with the lockbox to get my keys I was very tired and drained driving through the rain storm getting there. The answering service had me wait almost 20 minutes so I called again I waited 15 minutes more until I got help the woman l spoke to had an attitude disregarding how tired I was very rude all I wanted was to get to my room but I'm good I will not return. Thank you very much have a great day.

The interior was nice, the biggest issue was that the bed was rather hard. It's also on the 2nd floor, and there are two loft windows way far out of reach, so you better not like sleeping in because as soon as the sun is up it is BRIGHT. This condo is also rather far from the elevator so getting in and out with your stuff is a bit taxing. The next is for the rental company -- checkout time is 10am? And the list of 'everything to put right' before you leave? Really? Some of it I can see, some is just making the guest do your housekeeping for you. Otherwise, charming little space. The full kitchenette was appreciated.

4 pages of instructions / nothing about how to access pool / pool said a key card needed yet we had a fob / phone person was no help check out instructions had nothing about leaving sofa bed open or closed yet if we left it open we would have been charged a furniture moving fee so we left a note for the cleaning folks to tell them we used it so they would change the sheets will not stay at lodge at lincoln station ever again ! no on site person to assist for anything and the shower was so small it was a joke !

Great Condo with a Mountain View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had such a great time. The condo was excellent, perfect location, clean and spacious and had everything you may need for your stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and we the parents spent some nice time in the hot tub and sauna which was super relaxing after hiking in the area. I highly recommend this place.
