In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 1, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This one-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental is located on the second floor, and offers lovely views of the lagoon plus is just an eight-minute walk from the beach. As of March 2022, this villa was updated with new furnishings, fresh paint, and more!

The modern coastal living area features high ceilings, a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, and plenty of natural light through sliding glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen has Corian countertops, updated white cabinetry, and everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. Overlooking the lagoon, the lovely dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy meals or play board games while taking in the view.

Designed for recharging after a day a the beach, the villa's bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, and wooded views through a wall of windows. The attached bathroom has a double-sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

Step outside to the screened porch, accessible from the dining and living areas, to indulge in peaceful lagoon vistas. Enjoy the view and watch Kiawah Island's diverse wildlife while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. TV's are streaming only, there is no traditional cable TV.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Lovely condo in a great location. Everything we needed was easily available, very clean and organized. If you are light sensitive at night, know the bedroom windows are right next to a light so the room doesn’t get super dark. Otherwise, very private and beautiful back patio!

Super Quaint

We were there for the Kiawah Marathon and it was a phenomenal place. Super quaint with everything you needed. Great placement with a great back porch for chilling at night. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

It was very clean and it was a great spot. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and we didn’t have blankets for the pull out couch, but they brought us blankets! It was an amazing time

Very nice condo. Exactly as listed. Very clean and nicely appointed. Great location on East Beach. Short walk to boardwalk 28 for beach access, or a quick drive to Beachwalker Park beach.

Loved the screened in porch. Everything was fine and condo was clean. The only issue I have is no curtains or blinds for the pull out couch area so if you use the pull out be prepared to be up with the sun. The bedroom blinds block out 0 of the sunlight or the big lawn lights right next to the window so it was bright 24 hours. A sleep mask is definitely needed here. Otherwise the place was perfect and stay was amazing.

Pleasant stay

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay. Previous reviews mentioned cleanliness. I agree! The bed, furnishings and porch seating were very comfortable. Gr8 tv's and internet service. The kitchen had everything we needed for our three night stay. It has a small dishwasher so consider bringing paper plates. I appreciated the soaps, lotions, shampoo etc. The villa is well located but on 2nd floor which was not a problem for us; easy to access the beach and other Kiawah activities. It came with discounts for bikes and beach equipment but didn't use this feature. Nice that these were available. Check-in was a breeze. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and amenities. This unit had been recently renovated, and all finishings were not completed, which was a minor drawback. However, the unit was very clean and pleasant, and we would rent this unit again. A bonus was the 6' gator that came up from the lagoon and sunned itself each morning.
