La luz natural y las vistas a la laguna le dan la bienvenida a esta cómoda villa de un dormitorio de segundo nivel. Situado en el popular barrio de East Beach, esta ubicación es inmejorable. Un lugar de escapada perfecto!

Esta villa cuenta con una sala de estar de concepto abierto, cómodos asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana. El fácil acceso a la cocina totalmente equipada permite que esta villa aproveche al máximo el espacio. La parte posterior protegida en el porche está justo al lado de la sala de estar para que pueda disfrutar de las vistas y los sonidos de la naturaleza y la laguna. La cocina tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar durante sus vacaciones. El dormitorio ofrece una cama king, TV y acceso completo al baño.

La ubicación centralizada de Mariners Watch Villa hace que disfrutar de las comodidades de la isla sea muy fácil. Las 30 millas de senderos para bicicletas se extienden hasta Freshfields Village. Los espacios verdes y parques infantiles de Night Heron Park están a un corto paseo. ¡La hermosa playa de arena blanca de 10 millas de la isla Kiawah está al otro lado del estacionamiento y bajando por el paseo marítimo!

Perfect location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo, and we have had a great experience both times. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything we need, and we loved sitting on the screen porch with our coffee while watching a heron hunting fish in the marsh below. The beach is a short walk away and the bike trail is right outside the door. Riding bikes is our favorite way to see everything on the island!

Excellent place for a long weekend. Very close to a quiet beach. The screened in porch is great for coffee or afternoon drinks. We even saw an alligator.

Wonderful stay…

The property was lovely, clean and cozy! I enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened porch in front of the lagoon. The beach was just steps away and was wonderful for long walks every day. Kiawah is a slice of paradise and this unit was perfect to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely stay again.

excellent get away for a couple

Wonderful property, that borders the bike paths. A short walk to the beach. Wish there was one extra chair in the living area, but that is a small issue. Had a great time, and will be back!
