This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

Important Note:
The hotel pool and restaurants located at the very north of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned and on the south end of South Seas, adjacent to Captiva Village. Besides the condo’s heated pool and white-sand beach, you will have access to the association tennis court and BBQ grills.
