The bright and open concept renovation retains the character of the original wings while contemporary upgrades, appliances, and fixtures leave guests wanting for nothing; you'll not find many listings with such abundant room for a dozen or so guests as well as leisure amenities such as a swimming pool, billiard table, and outdoor dining to make the most of the Florida lifestyle!

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.

Lovely property

Just like the pictures. Perfect place for a family weekend in Jacksonville. Close to everything- Owners very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, beautiful stay

This was a beautiful property. A few things to note: The pool and spa were not functional on two of the three days we stayed. They were having trouble getting the maintenance crew to come and turn everything on. However we were refunded $400 for the inconvenience which was nice. I can imagine this is not a regular occurrence. However, it was a big deal as we planned to use it for our trip. I would highly recommend asking about the operation of the pool before booking. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the master bedroom was detached from the wall. Not a big deal, just an obvious defect. We expected a welcome package, much like a hotel. But there wasn't any. As an electrician, I did note that the electrical work seemed a bit shoddy. Although this is really cosmetic and nothing to fear. You can tell the painters rushed the job as there was paints in places there shouldn't be. With a smoother paint job this house could truly be immaculate. At some point you couldn't tell if it was a bad paint job or just dirty. The master bedroom doors were off of the closet and just precariously leaning against the wall. Not great for people like us with small kids. Found a random pair of underwear under the couch in the pool room. We did find the welcome rules a bit aggressive. We understand you don't want party animals. However for docile family like ours it was aggressive. With small children in our family, I would like to have seen the outdoors barricaded a little bit better. Specifically the pool equipment area. And behind the shed. The dirt area across from the fire pit should be covered with gravel. And the yard on the other side of the house was not enticing. Overall we would return, it was a beautiful property when everything was operational. This was a DEEP dive into what I saw, and felt other users should know.

Only thing wrong is pool was not warm when we got there. Other than that it was great.
