In response to your feedback Ryan here, and when I reached out to you via phone and VRBO, you had already departed the property prior to being able to investigate the matter further. Upon immediate investigation after you departed, it was identified as I explained in a follow up message that this was a safety alarm for the septic system. A septic company inspected everything and found that the alarm simply needed to be adjusted only, and all in excellent working order, as far as the septic system. The Nest alarms are hardwired, and would have alarmed me remotely if there was a leak of gas, and as I understand, these alarms never went off. As far as the dishwasher, it does work as confirmed by housekeeping as well as myself after a load was run, it was confirmed dishes were clean, dry, drained, and cycle fully completed. I’m sorry but I wish you would have had contacted me while you were there, so I could walk through how to use the dishwasher, but after I called you were already heading home. As far as the rubber ring in the clothes washer, this is something that just with time will stain the rubber, but it will be replaced and appreciate you mentioning it. Note it was cleaned prior to your stay with Chlorox by me, as well as housekeeping routinely. I'm sorry to hear the utensil drawers were disorganized. I have many cooking utensils provided at Wilderness, and will work with Housekeeping to ensure these are better organized. The yard is a challenge in the mountains I agree that the dandelions needed to be addressed. Since property is a bit in the wild it's a challenge to keep the wild from growing and I have since had the back mowed post your stay, and mowing and weeds removed routinely. I’m sorry to hear of the challenges during your stay and appreciate the constructive feedback.
