Located just .6 miles from the beach, get ready to cozy up and relax, at the Cozy Cape. Upon arriving at this beautiful home, you enter through the kitchen, past the breakfast bar, and into the living room, with vaulted ceilings reaching high overhead.



One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other has two twin bunk beds as well as an additional twin trundle bed, perfect for children!



Outside this lovely home, you will find plenty to add to your vacation experience. You can rinse off a day of sun and sand in the spacious outdoor shower. Enjoy a meal outdoors on the side deck of the house or an evening under the stars around the custom stone fire pit and patio.

We loved this property. It was just big enough for the three of us. We loved the privacy, the deck and the fire pit. It was very clean and quiet and perfect for us. Would definitely recommend to others or stay here again if we’re in the area.

Had a wonderful “end of summer” stay with the family… kids had a great time! Close to the beach and had a bonfire one night that the kids loved! Highly recommend this adorable cottage! The owners were friendly and easy to contact if needed. :)

Fantastic location, we loved the town of calm, quiet town of Brewster and the beach access 1 mile away. Good proactive communications from host and would stay again. In the listing it shows a loft but guests do not have access to that space. Just fyi but the rest of the listing was very accurate.

Perfect stay in Brewster

The house was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. The AC made it very comfortable for us during a heat wave. The hydrangeas made the house look perfectly welcoming and decorated for the guests! Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect thanksgiving weekend getaway

The cottage is cozy and warm, couch and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. In a beautiful and quiet part of the cape but only 10 minutes from route 6. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We had a great time at this cottage - clean, organized, fully equipped and just easy place to stay! We enjoyed the central location but private setting. The check in process was seamless and having everything fully automated and quickly accessible on my phone was perfect. We had everything we needed for an excellent short stay and would def. rent again. The star gazing was amazing!

Bright & Cozy

Clean, bright, cozy, and private. Short, easy walk to a small beach on the Brewster Flats. Great location. Beds comfy. Quiet neighborhood and pleasant, quiet yard with nice deck. We saw a deer in the yard! Good to know: No facial tissues provided so bring your own. Indoor eating space is countertop/stools only and tight if it rains (nice table available on deck outdoors if it doesn't).

A lovely Brewster retreat!

This updated cottage was perfect for our family. We only have 1 child but there was a bunk with a slide out trundle in the kids room, a big porch (low to the ground for safety), fire pit, and AC in EVERY ROOM, so huge. We were very comfortable here. There is also a very cute resident bunny rabbit in the yard.

Brewster Beauty

The location was perfect! Property is well kept inside and outside. Weather has been cool, so deck table/chairs were not ready for use. Interior decor was modern and well styled. Rooms were very clean and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and Cape Cod Rail Trail. We would stay here again.

Location, Location...

This house was perfect for a mid-May visit to one of our favorite stomping grounds. It is centrally located, close to the restaurants, coffee shop, beautiful Nickerson State Park and the various cycling trails throughout the Cape, from Provincetown to Woods Hole. And then there is Mant's Landing just a few minutes away. At low tide, you might catch fishermen tending to their oyster beds.

The PERFECT rejuvenation cottage!

This cottage was PERFECT for me! It is nestled in the woods, so incredibly quiet. All I heard were the sounds of nature and an occasional dog bark… and I do mean occasional. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. It had everything that I could want or need. Comfy throw blankets, books on the shelves, a fully functional kitchen and an outdoor space that I couldn’t get enough of. Thank you for the perfect rejuvenation retreat!

Most Perfect House

I am obsessed with this house. It was exactly like the pictures. They had everything you would need, and it was exactly where you’d think it would be. I loved the communication with the property manager. I loved the neighborhood. I loved the town. We were there in April, and didn’t have the best weather, but still visited 3 close beaches! If the weather was better, we definitely would have used the nice deck and firepit area. Furniture and beds were comfy. Seriously zero complaints (except we wish we were staying longer)!!

Great little house

I have rented many houses and sometimes the pictures are better than the property. Not with this house!! It was exactly like the pictures! The house was very clean, the appliances all worked great and the location was perfect. I also have to thank the Delmar staff. They were wonderful to work with and answered any questions I had. I would recommend their properties to anyone!

Lovely Cape Cod stay

Great time on the Cape at this rental. It was decorated lovely and had all things needed. Great location, quiet street and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Easy checkin and great communications from rental company. Highly recommend this rental.

June Vaca!

Two bedroom cottage close to beaches - but not walking distance. Clean and very convenient to all sites to see and town but off main road so it was very quite.

Cape Cod getaway

Very quiet, nice location with some beautiful properties. Very close to Saints Landing beach, a 10 minute walk. Cute property, nice outdoor space with nice quality table and chairs with an umbrella. Good communication and very prompt (with staff). Missing was a large pot for cooking lobster.

Weekend getaway

Spent the weekend on the Cape and enjoyed this little gem in Brewster. Quiet location walking distance to the beach and 5 minute drive to EatCake4Breakfast for our morning coffee and pastry. Perfect!
