Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Just a five-minute walk to the beach, this beautifully maintained Lighthouse Road Villa offers the perfect Sea Pines getaway. Overlooking the 10th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course, this spacious two-story villa is ideally located near the Sea Pines Beach Club, providing easy access to the island’s most popular beaches, dining, and bike trails. Guests can also enjoy the heated community pool, shared with only eight other villas, offering a peaceful place to relax from March through November.

Comfortably sleeping up to seven guests, this villa is designed for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a full and a twin bed — perfect for kids or extra guests. Each bedroom has its own TV, and a washer and dryer add an extra touch of ease to your stay.

Step outside to a private patio surrounded by lush greenery, where you can unwind, dine al fresco, or grill on the gas barbecue. Four adult bicycles and four beach chairs are included, making it effortless to explore Sea Pines’ scenic trails and pristine beaches. With a location that blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, this villa is your perfect home base for an unforgettable Hilton Head Island vacation.

Convenient, clean and good pool. Sea Pines is a great area, close to Harbor Town. Master bedroom downstairs and 2 other bedrooms upstairs, allowing for space for all!

Met our needs, just right.

The location of the condo is perfect to get to the beach and ride all around the island. The property management group was attentive to our needs. It was nice to have a pool right out back.

Sea Pines Stay

We had a great week, perfect weather! The kids were upstairs, grandparents downstairs. We had a difficult time with the tv, but eventually got it to work. Bicycling was our favourite past time.

Overall I will say our stay met our expectations. This home was very comfortable. Love the fact the pool is right in the back of the home. We also put the 4 bicycles to food use! I would definitely stay there again!

Great Villa, Great Location

This villa was a perfect location within Sea Pines. Short walks or bike rides to the beach and beach club, and easy rides throughout to the many attractions within Sea Pines. Plenty of room for us to spread out across both floors and the kids loved having a close pool as well when breaks were needed from the beach.

Close to the beach

Great location - short walking distance to the beach club. We found ourselves short on amenities (garbage bags, tissues, hand soap) which were supposed to be left by the cleaning crew but one of the managers was nice enough to bring them to us promptly!

Family Getaway

We had a great stay, meeting up with family for several days to visit. The location was central to everything we wanted to do and the property managers were extremely responsive. Rental bikes already available for use were a huge plus! We had a problem with our toaster and they had replaced it within hours!

Great location but needs updates

Location was great, bikes at the villa were great, enough room for 5 or 6 to stay comfortably. But very hard, uncomfortable beds, no non-stick skillets or pans, no smart tvs, dishwasher didn't actually clean the dishes.

Great condo in Sea Pines

Overall we had a great stay here! There were 6 of us and the condo was spacious and well equipped. Cleanliness upon arrival was decent, main areas were clean. The proximity to the pool area and view from the living space were my favorite things about our stay. We saw wildlife and enjoyed the quiet area. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes, not as close as we thought, but a short bike ride if you aren’t carrying loads of family things to the beach. Close to so many riding trails and biking to everywhere was great-the bike rentals included were great!

Great property, close to the beach and to the pool. We had a great time!! Not cleaned very well, something was left poured out on refrigerator shelf and the dishwasher was dirty on the inside, so we questioned if dishes had been put up dirty. (One of the coffee cups in cabinet still had coffee stain in it.)
