Spectacular post and beam lake front vacation home. This spectacular new home is just minutes from calabogie peaks ski resort, minutes from calabogie motorsports race track, and minutes from calabogie highlands golf course. Cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile trails, ATV trails, dirt bike trails, mountain bike trails, fishing, hunting and a spectacular lake are all at your doorstep. Amazing views views of calabogie lake from all living spaces and all 6 bedrooms. Dramatic open truss ceilings with post and beam construction. Large 3 season porch with propane heater and electric screens, state of the art kitchen with commercial oversized double oven, 6 burner stove and grill. Kitchen also boast large rustic bar and oversized dining area with patio doors leading to screened in porch and deck. Home features a large family room with pool table, wet bar, dartboard, sectional couch and 85” TV with 16’ glass doors leading to terrace overlooking the lake.

Enjoy the tasteful rustic decor with all modern amenities including built in 16 speaker sound system, state of the art TV’s, dramatic stone fireplace, heated floors, 8 person outdoor spa/hot-tub, electric screens and blinds

Large ski locker/ mud room has plenty of room for all your sporting gear. It has door to leading ATV/snowmobile garage and hot tub area. Large dock on calabogie lake is scheduled to be completed April 2022.

The house was even better than the photos which is rare. So much to do and nice and close to the ski hill. We loved our Family Day weekend and would definitely return to this house.

30th birthday celebration with family

We celebrated our son’s 30th birthday with family. We were a group of 7 adults and 6 kids. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect, right on the lake. The Adults had a lot of fun on the ATV trails and the kids love the lake with the swim out pad. Would definitely return. The only thing I would recommend is the upstairs bedrooms are Hugh it would be nice to have bunk beds for adults that have children. Overall we all had a great time:) Thank you for opening up your home to our family.

Family vaycay on the lake

We thoroughly enjoyed the last long week of the summer at your beautiful home on the lake. The interior is well appointed and very spacious ! Our four kids in their 30s’ favourite space was the screened in Muskoka Room . We spent a lot of time on the dock -the boating and swimming was great

perfect spot for a getaway of old friends

Beautiful and relaxing place with stunning views. Great kitchen with everything we needed. A particularly great feature is the covered deck with automatic screens to keep the heat in and the bugs out, but also great when opened up, letting the breeze through. Perfect place for our group of 5 couples. Everybody had very nice rooms.

Perfect location for family gathering

We booked here for the weekend following our son & daughter-in-law's wedding, to celebrate with and accommodate both sides of the family. Such a beautiful location and amazing property. Well stocked, clean, and bedrooms with bathrooms for everyone! The games room with bar, the hot tub, and the deck were enjoyed by all and got plenty of use. Landscaping and the dock were still in progress when we booked, but will undoubtedly look spectacular when completed later this summer. Book with confidence!

Exceeded expectations

Gorgeous lakefront property in quiet and serene neighborhood. The accommodations are superior to any I have stayed at before. There are 6 bedrooms with king beds, of which 5 have ensuite bathrooms. The floor plan is perfect for a large group. We were 11 adults and we had more than enough wiggle room. There were a few minor hickups but the owner was quick to respond and resolve. I plan on returning and hopefully make it an annual trip.

Incredible Stay!

Our adult family spent a wonderful long weekend at this stunning Calabogie property. The location was perfect; very easy to access and stunning to be right on the lake. Very quick drive to restaurants, ski hills, trails etc. The home itself is beautiful; newly built and very comfortable. Large, fully equipped kitchen was perfect for prepping group meals. Our group of 8 adults comfortably spent a lot of time together in both the living room as well as the basement bar/entertainment area. Would highly recommend!

Amazing new ‘cottage’ on the lake in Calabogie. Top notch property, open and expansive layout with an amazing kitchen with everything you could ever need! 10 minute to the ski hill. Great spot. 5 stars.

Perfect family getaway

This property is beautiful. Very luxurious and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were beautifully designed. The kitchen is gourmet and the family room is breathtaking. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing winter stay, very relaxing and had some great family time together.
