Very relaxing! Quiet and peaceful! Everything we hoped it would be. Bed very comfortable, felt like home away from home. Property Manager was available anytime if needed or had a question. She has a Great personality, perfect for making guests feel welcomed! We would Recommend to friends.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This property was very well supplied, providing every utensil/ kitchen ite.we needed to make meals. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay there! Wonderful view from the 15th floor. They had everything you need and more. The host was so nice and immediate to address any questions you had. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Home away from home

. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset every day. The location was convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The housekeepr was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the ocean. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

Simply amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Me and my family have been coming for about 4 years now, and this is like our home away from home! Janine takes such good care of this condo, she's amazing at what she does. So many updates have been made all new appliances, the beds are comfy. Everything is very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, tvs work great, there's lots of games for the family for rainy days. I seen in other reviews about the sliding glass door being hard to open but in the past it was now it works perfectly. If you are looking for a very clean condo that feels like home I'd highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed! It's a 10/10!

Unit 1503 Royal Garden Resort

First impression was room was clean with ample amount of extra food which was nice. Janine-host contact- was very helpful. Unit is too small for 6 people -only space for 2 adults and 2 children. Primary bedroom is adequate but needs to be decluttered. Closet has no room for luggage due to storage of maintenance items. All luggage was stored in hallway due to lack of space. Second bedroom has just enough walk area to get into twin beds. Closet in second bedroom is full of kids toys from floor-about two feet deep. Too many pillows and stuffed animals in this tiny room which had to be placed into closet so that beds could be used. No storage area available in closet due to extreme amount of clutter. All luggage stored in hallway. Hallway bathroom too small especially the shower. Ok for children but not adults. Main living space had nice comfortable furniture. The sliding door would get stuck and very hard to open/close-needs to be replaced. Very beautiful view with enough chairs for everyone to enjoy the scenery.

Good location. Condo needs major purging of storage shelves in bathrooms, small bedroom and kitchen. No room for personal items because all shelves even in medicine cabinet full. Food left in fridge.

Great location, needs a few repairs

Great to be right on beach & see/hear ocean. On 15th floor, making working elevator essential. Toiletries helpful as I had only a carry-on to make a tight connection between airlines. Instructions left for washer but told I should not have used it--? Dishwasher did not release soap, only rinsed. Dark places, ceiling light out in big bedroom. Very heavy sliding door to balcony must be replaced. Some paint touchups needed. Full kitchen, 2 baths nice. Suggest typed instructions for use of 2 TV remotes.

Condo had a great view. Unfortunately had to leave after 1 nights stay as Ian was coming. A few notes - master BDRM fan could not be used at night because light was always on; electric plug by bed was dead; on site Office did not return phone call before arrival. Too many clean up rules (this was a vacation) - there is always a clean up fee in cost so why should guests have to most everything.

Great location

The cleaning crew/manager was great!! But the house is dated. Lots of amenities, and usable, but needs some new items. Especially the coffee maker!

Amazing Location, but needs touch-ups

This property is RIGHT on the water, with beautiful views. Our biggest headache was the balcony door. The track was bent and was EXTREMELY hard to open and close. We spent most of our time inside due to the difficulty. There were also a few places throughout the property that just needed touched up with paint or fixed. Water damage in the master bedroom and a few baseboards that needed painted. We also hated not having a full size ironing board. It was a tiny table top one that wouldn't start upright. Other than those few inconveniences, we loved it there. The kitchen is beautiful and we loved the decorations.

Nice but small.

Second bedroom would be a good size for children, not adults. Location was central to several things. Fantastic view. Plenty of towels, linens and coffee. Good for a couple with small children.

Condo wasn’t ready at check in

We were unable to get in when we arrived at 4:15. . I attempted to call the contact and got her voicemail a few times, tried again and finally got through. She said “Oh, you’re checking in today?” They hurried and cleaned the place, but now I am concerned about how thorough the clean is. We got in at 6:30. As we start to get ready for bed at 11, there is no running water anywhere. I texted her and she said sorry, I didn’t see this notice but they’re turning off the water in the building to fix another unit. I understand that things happen but this was a real rough way to get started. There were plenty of towels, and having the dishwasher tabs, paper towels and toilet paper was great. The indoor pool was nice too. Minus the check in process, it was an ok place to stay. It could use a real good clean around baseboards and ceilings but I felt the bedding and kitchen and bathrooms were clean.
