Wonderful

This house is adorable and very clean! The owners are the perfect hosts, easy to contact and gave us great information about the home and the area. Beautiful lake setting. The screened in porch is huge and we loved sitting on it and watching football games on the tv outside. Owners also had a bottle of wine as well as some delicious treats waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon!

Relaxing 4th of July Weekend!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful view! Welcome host! Sweets was a plus! Well stocked and very clean! Booked it! You will love every minute! Lake was so much fun! Lots of boat riding, tubing and jet skiing!

Lovely Lakeside Home

My husband and I came with our two dogs for a CASA Charity golf tournament. Patty and Bill, our hosts, called us before our arrival and gave good suggestions on restaurants and ideas for our four-night stay. The house is very comfortable and well-appointed with a boathouse and great view of the lake. There are kayaks and fishing poles available with outdoor furniture at the boat dock. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It is a great place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. There is a fenced in yard as well. This house is a short drive from both Eatonton and Milledgeville and there are several good restaurants in the area. For our first day, we drove to Eatonton and viewed the multiple restored houses built in the late 19th and early 20th century. We also visited the Uncle Remus Museum and enjoyed talking with Georgia, the museum host. Day Two we went to the Club on Lake Sinclair for a charity tournament and found all the local folks to be very friendly and welcoming. Our daughter joined us on Friday and we enjoyed the porch, attempted fishing, and going to dinner. Unfortunately, Saturday was a windy day so no kayaking or paddleboarding was done but we still enjoyed our day reading and visiting. This a very nice comfortable and clean house located right on the lake and I would recommend it to couples or families looking to stay in the area.

Fabulous Lake Front Home with everything you need

Everything was seamless with this trip. I needed to change our departure date and it was virtually effortless with Evolve to log in and change my date. 40th Anniversary getaway

The perfect place to stay for a week at the lake. The hospitality was amazing, house was everything we wanted, amazing views, CLEAN, and they allowed our fur baby which was a big plus!! Mr. Bill and Mrs. Patty are amazing hosts and the treats was oh so delicious!! They even helped us the first night with a little “family situation “ trying to find the house by boat. We will definitely be visiting again if at all possible!

A Perfect Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The house was absolutely spotless and exuded a cozy, relaxing vibe. It felt like a true home away from home.We were greeted with such a thoughtful touch—fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, and homemade brownies. It really set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The owners were exceptional, always quick to respond to any questions we had. It honestly felt more like we were chatting with friends than with hosts—so kind and approachable.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including extra utensils, spices, and even some little things we’d forgotten to bring—such a nice surprise! Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced-in backyard. We were able to let them explore and enjoy the outdoors without a care in the world.The location of the house was perfect—close to all the best spots, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. All in all, our time here was amazing, and we truly hope to be back soon!

Awesome property and hosts

Very clean property with lake amenities. We were in the area for work and unable to enjoy the lake due to the cold weather, but the house was perfect for our needs and the hosts even surprised us with a home cooked meal on the coldest day. The most well-stocked kitchen we have ever encountered.

Paradise on The Lake

My Husband and I spent a delightful week at this property on Lake Sinclair. Our reaction to walking into the home was WOW, the view of this beautiful lake was amazing. The entire living room wall was glass doors looking onto a screen porch, deck beyond and then the lake. The 3 bedroom home is spacious and well decorated with the amenities of home. The icing on the cake was the lovely hosts, Bill and Patty. They welcomed us with homemade brownies, wine and fresh flowers. We had privacy but felt like we made new friends. We hope to return here someday!

Best vacation rental I've ever had

This was absolutely if not the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Normally I have to load up the car with all the anticipated items a rental won't have but this house was more than fully stocked, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the linens. Having our wonderful hosts, Patti and Bill next door meant any issues we had were immediately handled. An example was that the ac wasn't cooling properly so I sent Patti a text to let her know. Despite it being a Saturday, a technician was at the site within 30 minutes and the house was nice and cool again. We took advantage of the kyaks on the property and the fire pit just at the edge of the lake and our pup Maggie loved having a fenced -in yard to roam freely. We will most certainly rent again from Bill and Patty who, for the record should write a book on how to be the perfect hosts for VRBO!

Beautiful Lake Views

We stayed for a week and loved this property. The house is so comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. What really is special are the lake views from almost every part of the house! Also was great to be able to bring our dog. The host are so responsive and have lively welcome amenitiyupin arrival.

Felt like home

The owners thought of everything...from fresh flowers, wine and delicious white brownies on arrival to a life jacket for your pet. Although we weren't there long we were in awe of the stocked pantry...spices, and all the little things one needs to cook and hates to buy to use once or twice were there. The owners are there to greet you but do not intrude on your stay. You too will love your stay and this home away from home.

Perfect Lake House

Clean, great location, and everything you need in a lake house. Very friendly and helpful owners who live nextdoor. The kitchen had everything you need and more. The owners even left homemade treats and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back.

Great stay in beautiful home!

Met the owners shortly after arrival. They were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. House was easy to find. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked- we brought spices and disposable utensils, but we didn't need them. Dessert bars, a welcome bottle of red wine, and fresh cut flowers greeted us. Gorgeous views of the lake from almost every room!We spent most of our time on the screened in porch, grilling on the deck, and fishing from the dock. Caught bream and several catfish, including a couple of large ones.Be mindful that it is a pet-friendly home. I didn't think anything of it until I noticed all the dog hair on the back of my shirt after lounging around. Owners dogs also stopped by a couple of times. Very friendly, but made my brother nervous when he opened the door and saw them standing there. Probably isn't a problem for most people, but something to be mindful of if you have plans to go out wearing something dark or have someone in your party who is afraid of dogs. Home is in a quiet area but not a very long drive (less than half hr) from the busier parts of Eatonton with grocery shopping, Walmart, and restaurants. You can find bait, gas, and snacks at nearby convenience stores like Dollar General and gas stations.Strong wifi. Cool built-in bluetooth speaker system in the kitchen. Tv's in all the bedrooms, along with living room and back porch. All of the furniture is very comfortable. More than ample amount of towels and bathroom amenities. Had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Beautiful lake house

Beautiful house and view of the lake. Everything you need is provided! Even sweet treats upon our arrival. Thank you again to our kind hosts. Sorry about the blueberry spill. We will return when we can really enjoy all the lake has to offer.

Wonderful house on Lake Sinclair

The pictures are very accurate. The house looks as good, if not better than the pictures. A few pieces of furniture have changed, but nothing major. House is very well laid out and beautiful inside and out. Great view of the water from inside the house with the huge wall of glass in the family room. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We met the owners who live next door. They are very nice and have (3) friendly dogs.

Well Worth It!

The house was really nice. Very clean, right on the lake with beautiful views. Peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were wonderful. I would definitely rent from them again.

Lake House

This is a convenient, clean, well maintained and beautiful home. Nice dock with seating area makes fishing more easy and fun. We brought our family including our five week old granddaughter and it was perfect.

Very nice house, location, and hospitality.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed everything about the house and lake. Very easy access to the property and peaceful area with some occasional dogs barking in the neighborhood. The lake is beautiful here and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that was provided. The small touches by the owners were nice with baked treats and a bottle of wine. The house was very well decorated and maintained and very clean. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it!
