Unwind at this beautiful Eatonton lakefront property, your gateway to relaxation and adventure. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a private dock, screened porch, and fire pit. Enjoy fishing, water sports, and breathtaking sunsets. With a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space, it's the perfect family retreat on Lake Sinclair.
The Space:
NOTE FOR FALL 2025 RESERVATIONS: A drawdown of Lake Sinclair is scheduled for the fall of 2025. (This only happens every 5 years) Assuming adequate flow conditions continue to exist in the Oconee River leading up to the drawdown, Georgia Power will initiate the drawdown on October 25. The lake will be lowered by approximately 5 feet and will drop by approximately ½ foot each day to reach a minimum elevation of 335 feet above sea level on November 1. The lake refill will commence on December 1 and will reach full pool as soon as possible, dependent on inflows.

*Guests staying 14 nights or longer agree to pay an additional cleaning fee. A mandatory professional cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days during the reservation to maintain the home’s condition and ensure a comfortable stay.

This property features 3 exterior security cameras. 1 camera is located at the back of the screened porch facing the backyard and dock. 1 camera is located on the front of the storage building facing the driveway. 1 camera is located on dock facing the lifts and the water. The cameras record video and sound.
NOTE: There is NO BARRIER BETWEEN the home and the WATERS EDGE. Please do not leave children unsupervised in the water area as there are jet skis and motorized watercraft in the lake.
DOCK: 1 Boat allowed at dock. (Boat lift not for guest use) Whips provided on dock for you to secure your boat at the dock. Please do not stand or sit on boat lifts.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles) No parking or driving on street or grass. No camper parking available at property.
