This property was perfectly located for the activities that we had planned for our stay. Even with it being the Memorial Day weekend the area was quiet. Access to the property was very easy and the guest contact, Andre was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We don’t go to Las Vegas very often but would definitely choose this property again in the future.

Nice and quiet condo . Very clean and comfortable. Its close to a alot of stores . Not to far from the Vagas Strip. The property owner was very reachable when needed. Would stay again.

Convenient Alternative to a Strip Hotel

We were visiting Las Vegas for an event at Allegiant Stadium and I wanted a place off The Strip. The place had everything we needed including a convenient parking space. One person in our party has mobility issues so it was nice to have a short walk to the place and no stairs. The area is great for shopping and restaurants, and the 20 minute drive to the airport and Allegiant Stadium was no problem. The property management company was very easy to work with.

Clean and convenient. Residential and short-term rentals in complex, no resort amenities in patio or pool areas so not really usable to guests. Definitely an apartment vibe with children and families around. Cooking/eating wares minimally equipped. Overall we’d certainly stay again.

Clean and neat

No bells and whistles here; but we really didn’t need them. What we got was a clean place in a safe, quiet neighborhood; just big enough for four adults. The kitchen had a few basic ingredients; which we appreciated. We could’ve used a few more blankets and bathroom linens; but what was there was “sufficient”. That is my only criticism. Nice place!

Tournament week

Had a baseball tournament near by. House worked out great for the four of us. Could have used more towels and toilet in the primary room runs all night to keep you awake. Main contact listed takes two days to respond to inquiries but house worked for our needs.

Clean and comfortable apartment!

This location was in a good location for us as we moved our daughter out of her apartment for a move overseas. It is a quick drive to the strip as well as Summerlin! The apartment was comfortable, clean and secure. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked. No full set of silverware, for example. The only disappointment was the pool. It was full of debris from surrounding bushes and trees and is clearly not regularly maintained. Also there was not one chair/lounge chair to be found. Bring your own!

Lovely quiet Vegas retreat

This place was perfect for my friend and I who wanted a quieter retreat away from the strip. It’s in a convenient location with quick access to any main Vegas attractions but without the noise and traffic of busier areas. Cleanliness was superb as well. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival found the unit to be clean and inviting. Spacious. Excellent internet access.

Very positive. Could use a toaster. Would book it in the future if it is available. Location good, but were visiting a relative who was a little further away than I thought. Again, a positive experience.

Andre was very accommodating. I had to make a last minute change to my dates and he made it happen. The condo is nice and clean and quite comfortable. We were able to Uber to and from and sat by the pool one afternoon. Easy access to the freeway and Red Rocks for hiking.

Overall, we loved it

The only issue we had was not having a code to get in which was resolved quickly from a phone call. The place was spatious and generally clean. The tub was amazing. I would stay there again. Especialy for the great price.
