Stayed over New Year's and watched the fireworks at midnight. Location was outstanding for that and great central location for everything else. Beds were SO comfy too!

Spectacular view for the 4th of July fireworks!..

Location, Location, LOCATION, Wow! This condo exceeded my expectations. From check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and effortless. I traveled to Vegas with my 15-year-old daughter, and my 19-year-old daughter met us there. We came to celebrate the 4th of July holiday and spend much-needed family time together. The feeling of being on the strip but not really was incredible. I felt safe in the condo as it is secured 24/7 by a super-friendly security team. There were never any strange people walking around within the complex grounds. Parking was at the doorstep, basically. The A/C worked great! Plenty of fans in the closets to help move air around. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Owners even stocked the fridge with ice-cold bottled water! Our favorite part of the whole condo was the outside porch. The view of the strip at nighttime is so ambient. We sat outside on most nights playing card games and listening to music, enjoying each other's company. All the neighbors we encountered were extremely friendly. Lastly, the pool was beautiful! There were always plenty of lounge chairs available, and the water temperature was great in 100-degree-plus July weather. I can't say enough about this place. If you're considering it for your trip, book it! We plan to come back with the rest of our family in a few months. Thank you, Ping & Mikhail, for sharing your space with us!

A great place to stay off the strip!

We had such a great stay in this cute condo. It’s in a quiet, gated community just off the strip. It was so nice to have our own bedroom and bathroom and a full kitchen. The cold waters in the fridge and treats were a nice touch! The communication was impeccable and she always responded right away! The unit is on the ground floor just steps away from parking your car. It just a few minutes drive from everything! Thanks again for an exciting weekend away!!

Just as pictured

Mikhail and Ping were wonderful hosts. Their property looks just like the images. They were good with their communication and ensured everything was in place before our arrival. They even set up a high chair and a travel crib for our infant.The neighborhood was safe and the right amount of quiet. It’s family friendly and I highly recommend it

Nice alternative to hotels on the strip

The condo is in a convenient location close to the strip. Very well stocked. Mikael was very responsive. There is some noise from the trains that pass closely by.

Nice space close to strip

Overall, the trip was nice. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries. Things were clean and extra items like pool towels and blankets were easy to locate. Our only 2 issues were with the AC system and the living room furniture. The AC never fully cooled down the master bedroom. The vents were fully open, but very little air came out. The rest of the house was just fine, but that room was always at least 10 degrees hotter. In the living room, there was a chair and a small loveseat. Even for a family of 3, it was uncomfortable to be in there all at once. If we chose to stay there in the future, I hope we can see a larger couch that was a bit more comfortable. Overall, I would recommend others to stay here.

Wonderful stay!

So close to everything in a safe gated community. The condo was clean and plenty of room for the three of us. Communication with the host was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place close to the strip

This is a great place to stay. The owners were very accommodating. Very clean. It is a very nice two bedroom with easy access to the strip and great amenities. I will be back every time I have a conference in Vegas.

One Night Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, even though it was just for one night. The condo was spotless. Ping and Mikhail really simplify things for their guest. Just about anything you would need they've thought of. We most definitely would stay in this place again!

Convenient and Clean

Mikhail and Ping were great communicators and checked-in during our stay. The condo was clean, convenient, and they provided nice touches like bottled water, coffee, and tea. The complex is residential, but a short drive to the major Vegas hotels and attractions. Parking is easy and the security was friendly. Because the complex is residential there are "apartment sounds" - barking dogs, people walking above, etc. Mikhail and Ping provided suggestions on how to handle, if needed, but we didn't feel like that was necessary. Just flagging for those potentially sensitive to such sounds. It was a great place to escape from the crowds, but still be close to it all.

We came out for a girls trip and the place was perfect. A short Uber ride to all of the sights! Great gated area for us to relax during the day at the pool before going out!
