Beautiful Views

We loved staying at this North Beach condo. Comfy beds, very clean. We loved being able to sit on the balcony every day. Easy access to the beach.

Relaxing Getaway

April Break

Great location! Good space for our family of 4. Enjoyed the pickle ball court on site. Pick up packet seemed unnecessary with everything being code driven. We would stay here again.

Family friendly fun

Excellent location just a short walk to the beach and lighthouse museum. Clean unit well stocked with cooking utensils and easily accesible. A little trouble finding the rental office as gps directs you to an icorrect address but a quick call resolved that. Check-in was easy and efficient. Tybee is a lovely island and we hope to visit again in the future.

Great stay for a weekend getaway

My family of 5 rented this unit for our fall break and had a great time. The location was perfect! We loved watching the boats come in and the dolphins play in the water from our balcony. The unit was cozy and well equipped with everything we needed. We ended up cooking every meal and I thought the kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We spent all of our time either reading, at the beach, fishing or cooking. It was wonderful!

Clean & great view

Very clean & well maintained. We would need to be in a unit with elevator access. It was difficult for us to climb the stairs especially with luggage.

Great Tybee Stay

We had a great time at the this property. The beach was great! It was a very short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room on the beach. No need to rush down to get a spot. The dunes were right outside the balcony. We saw dolphins swimming by every morning. The kids loved the beach and the pool. Neighborhood is quiet. It is away from the main strip of restaurants and businesses but only a 5-8 minute drive away. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Fantastic!

Awesome first visit to Tybee Island! This condo was spotless (surprisingly clean)! Exactly as described. Plenty of space for our family and kitchen is well stocked. Gorgeous ocean views off deck - we loved watching the cargo ships, dolphins and sunsets. Easy access to the beach. We loved staying on the North side of the island - so quiet and peaceful. Our visit was 5/29-6/2 and at times we had the beach to ourselves. We did not use the pool but it is right off the front of the unit. Covered parking for 1 car. Walk to lighthouse, some restaurants, farmers market. The stairs to access condo could be an issue for some. Excellent vacation in a beautiful property. We could not have been happier!

Great amenities and terrific location

We loved the condo and it was a great location. While the finishes themselves were higher-end, the cleanliness overall could be improved. Nothing that can't be fixed with a deep cleaning. We also had a couple of small maintenance issues during our stay, but nothing major and the management company was extremely responsive and helpful. We were a bit surprised by the lack of provisions in the unit. And although it wasn't necessarily expected, previous Vrbo's we have stayed in either provided more or at least let you know that you are responsible for certain items. If you don't have the flexibility of having a vehicle (which surprisingly we found that many didn't), it would be nice to know that before you get to the condo so that you can stop on your way in. There is only one (very small) grocery store on the island and the Target/WalMart/Publix in Savannah are at least 25 minutes away. Again, you don't need a whole lot more and can certainly improvise with what is provided, but it would be nice to know as it is an expensive Uber ride to and from Savannah, if someone didn't realize this and needed additional items. These were all just minor issues and overall we were extremely pleased with the condo, the amenities and the location, including the incredible views and access directly to the beach. We would definitely go back to this unit, especially now that we are a bit more prepared!!

Wonderful ocean view

We enjoyed the view so much, especially on the balcony. Unit was clean & comfortable but some of the kitchen equipment needed some improvement (specifically pans, colander & larger cookie sheets). Lights, water/plumbing, & A/C were all functioning well, but it would be helpful to have some written instructions on how to operate both TV’s since they had completely different remotes & start up procedures. Beds we’re quite comfortable but since the weather got much cooler, blankets would have been helpful. All in all, it was a nice place to stay!
