Great location

This property had a nice ocean view and was central on Tybee. Easy access over the dunes that span the entire beach. If you enjoy long walks on the beach you can easily get to the north or south via foot.

Nice little apartment

This apartment was nice, I would recommend that black out curtains be installed because the light from the hallway will shine through those windows all night! Unless you wear an eye mask, total darkness is not happening! The floors get dirty real quickly too! Other than that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the beach and minutes from everything!

Inoperable Washing Machine and Dishwasher

The condo was clean and in a great location. BUT, upon arriving we learned that the washing machine and dishwasher (two critical amenities) did not work. After requesting a service call, we were informed that a part for the washing machine was ordered the week prior and had not come in yet. This should have been disclosed to us prior as we packed planning to be able to wash clothes! I have sent multiple messages to Tybee Vacation Rentals with no response.

Such a great condo!

What a great condo! The remodeled floor and kitchen were beautiful and so clean. The linens were clean and comfortable and the decor was bright and enjoyable. The view is perfect off both balconies and the proximity to the pool is awesome! We have stayed in this set of condo since 2003 and this is the first time in this specific one. It was my favorite so far!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

The property was very well supplied with all the dishes, glassware, utensils needed. (Love when everything is fresh and matching!) Beachy decor, well laid out. Loved the outdoor space with beautiful sunrise views of the water. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Perfect space for a little getaway, and only a quick drive to Savannah for dinner!

Y’all .. this condo was amazing! I am already looking forward to renting it again next summer. So cute and comfy. Very convenient to the beach and town. The ice maker wasn’t working but there were plenty of ice trays so it wasn’t a big deal. I totally recommend this property

Fantastic stay

We've stayed in several different places (condos and houses) on Tybee, and I think this is one of the best. The location is phenomenal with steps right to the beach and an amazing view of the beach, ocean, and dune wildlife. We loved having a deck off the master as well as off the main living room. The home felt spacious for our family of 4, decorated perfectly and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (we cooked and ate in a lot so I would recommend bringing your own tupperware or ziplock bags to store leftovers). I would come back to this condo in a heartbeat and we may rent it again later this summer.

Enjoyable Tybee Experience

We really enjoyed renting this condo - it’s beautifully decorated and accommodated our family perfectly. The door to the main balcony was broken with a sign saying not to open it which was a little disappointing. I also wish the on-site restaurant/bar “The Deck” was open on Tues/Wed. This was our first trip to Tybee and overall we were happy with our stay.

August 2015 Stay

We had a wonderful time! The unit was in excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and had all of the necessary equipment to fully utilize the kitchen! Lastly, the Tybee Vacation Staff were very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly! My family had one of our best vacations here on Tybee at Beach House 413 and I am very hard to impress!
