Welcome to Hanalei Bay Resort unit 4323, a bright and beautiful top floor unit with sweeping views of Hanalei Bay and the surrounding Bali Hai Mountains. This beautiful unit has 1 bedroom and a loft space. The main bedroom boasts stunning ocean views and a King size bed and a sparkling clean bathroom with a shower to come home to after a day of exploring! The loft space offers another comfortable sleeping area with a King size bed! Relax on your spacious lanai overlooking Hanalei Bay before cooking a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Hanalei Bay Resort has many excellent amenities available to guests staying here and is one of the many reasons guests keep coming back! Explore the free-form lagoon pool overlooking Hanalei Bay and surrounded by waterfalls, lush tropical gardens, and a spa tucked away in a grotto carved from volcanic rock. Walk down the path toward the bay, and you'll find a second, smaller pool for those looking for something a little more relaxing. Enjoy a cocktail and some pupus while taking in spectacular views at the Happy Talk Lounge. Get your workout in at the newly renovated fitness center or schedule a tennis lesson with one of the pros at the Peter Burwash Tennis facility. Already a pro? Play a round at one of the four hard courts or four artificial courts! Enjoy over 22 acres of Hawaiian paradise, featuring mature tropical gardens with endless flowers, trees, and other local flora, or take a 5 min stroll down the jungle path to Puu Poa Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with snorkeling and amazing sunsets, located just below the resort. Outstanding location with gorgeous views that live up to the pictures you see in the listing. We loved being able to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise over Hanalei Bay. The decor was lovely, comfortable, nicer than I think it shows in the photos. Very well equipped and really responsive host. We will absolutely be back.!

Amazing Location!

My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon in early April and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach—and the home had all the bells and whistles we could’ve asked for. Super clean, beautifully designed, and really well-stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the area was—felt like a little slice of paradise. Would absolutely stay again!

Ideal North Shore condo

We loved our stay. Gorgeous views, spacious comfortable unit, and ideal location on the property. Perfect set up for our family, with the kids able to stay in the loft separate from the main bedroom. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to the island. Mahalo!

Great location!

Property is exactly as described in the advertisement. Really nice that this condo has some personal items like tennis rackets, beach chairs, cooler, etc. it made our stay that much more enjoyable. The resort is great with tennis courts, pools and access to the best beach in Princeville!

Amazing!

Even better than the photos - great view especially for sunsets, well-appointed with lots of nice touches. Great for a relaxing getaway - clean, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was beautiful as well - nicely maintained and great pool areas. The restaurant on-site isn’t so great - basic menu and ok food. Definitely recommend a drive to Hanalei or walk to Princeville for better dining options. We loved the condo and would definitely stay again!

Just Gorgeous

The property was breathtaking. The walks were a bit much... thank goodness for the great guys on the golf carts!!! When i said we had family in the property, i meant staying at the same resort in their own condos. It was just an overall amazing stay! Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Beautiful resort and will stay again and will highly recommend to friends and family!!

This place has it all!

Amazing island view from the lanai’s and from inside the living and bedroom. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Nicely equipped kitchen. Gorgeous lobby and pool, and friendly staff. Three flights of stairs to the unit. Parking is uphill and a few minutes walk from the unit. The resort does offer shuttle service by request. Princeville is lovely, and lots of beaches and trails to explore on the north and east sides of the island. Aloha, and Mahalo to the hosts of this beautiful home. We loved our 12 days stay. M&D

Paradise Found

Beautiful property. This unit has everything you need for your stay! Photos were exactly of what we got. Nice unit. Perfect view. Tropical pool. Very convenient beach with golf cart shuttle service great for snorkeling and hanging out. Plenty of shade trees. Shallow water for little ones. Snorkeled and saw a turtle. No elevators. Stairs were 3 flights up to our room with a panoramic view. Shuttle driver handled the luggage. The Management Company for this unit contacted us to welcome us and make sure everything was great. Would come again. Thank you!

Views !!!

There is nothing quite like sitting on the lanai taking in the views of the magical Hanalei Bay. From sunrise to sunset , it never got old and we did not want to leave. Hanalei Bay resort is beautiful, love that it has its own beach access, don’t even have to load up in the car to have a beach day. Resort is beautifully landscaped and maintained Staff are all very friendly. (Make sure you are aware of extra resort fees on top of VRBO fees. For us, to have the pool and beach access, totally worth it !) The only downside to our stay was the AC was not working in the bedroom. Given it was April, the first two nights were manageable with the fan but the third night was raining so it was extra humid and didn’t sleep great. We reported this to host Aaron, he was responsive but unfortunately because it was the weekend, there was no one who could come out and repair it. Loved having the condo stocked with some snorkel equipment, chairs , umbrella and cooler, very handy! My only suggestion would be to provide at least 2 Tommy Bahama or other “back pack” style chairs for easier transport to the beach. There is only 1 of those type of chairs and the strap is broken so you can’t throw it on your back, there are other chairs in there but they are not back pack style , so it’s just a lot to carry down with coolers, towels etc. Assuming the AC gets fixed which I imagine it probably already has been, we would come back to this property!!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

We loved this property so much, highly recommended to anyone who enjoys breathtaking views. It's furnished really nicely too. Only 2 things to consider: lots of hills at this property (they do have shuttle service if needed), and the mattress was a little too firm for us. Having quiet morning breakfasts and eating dinner watching the sunsets were amazing. You'll love it!

Non-existent support from host

The Hanalei Bay resort is beautiful and everything about the our stay was wonderful EXCEPT the unit itself. The unit is actually beautiful and the views are incredible. We were very excited when we first arrived until we went to bed. The sheets reeked of heavy scent from detergent. There was a film of laundry soap that was palpable. We tried airing out the pillows and room but to no avail. We called, texted and left a message for the property managers of the unit but never heard back. We ended up having to cover pillows with t-shirts and strip bed down to less comfortable blankets. The smell was so strong we struggled to sleep. Very disappointing. The ad said unit is run by a professional property management group but pros wouldn't use heavily scented detergents and would respond to calls. Unit is lovely but until owners switch their management co I would not recommend staying here.

Paradise - incredible view and beautiful condo for a family.

My family of 4 (with 2 kids - 3 year old and 7 months) had an amazing time staying at this condo! The views are truly awe inspiring and the condo itself was very clean, spacious and convenient for a family with several separate sleeping areas, washer dryer, large and modern kitchen and beach toys, and also nicely updated with quality touches and nice decor. It felt very quiet and private, and like we had one of the best spots on the entire resort (which is saying something!). 10/10 would recommend and will come back. When we were first checking in we had a minor communication snafu with the management, but this was resolved by Emil, who was responsive and kind. Overall incredible stay, made amazing memories as a family, and will definitely be back! A true paradise.
