Iconic waterfront Days cottages are both a resort and a tourist attraction memorable from film appearances, artwork, photography, and cherished by generations of guests! These Cape Cod Bay facing condominium cottages offer uninterrupted views of Provincetown and Pilgrim Monument. Located on Beach Point, you are only minutes away from down town Provincetown entertainment, dining, shopping, dune tours, fishing and more! Enjoy the solitude of the rhythmic waves gently lapping the sand in front of your cute white cottage trimmed in green shutters encompassing nostalgic Cape Cod charm! Each cottage sleeps from 4-6 people and offers a full bathroom, a kitchen, a water facing living/dining space, and has parking for 2 cars (with overflow parking across the street). There is a gas grill provided! Be prepared with your own propane tank (5# green Coleman tank) and PLEASE clean after you use it! BOOK NOW!
An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

We just love these vintage cottages by the sea and look forward to returning year after year. The remodeled bathroom has been done nicely. Easy drive to the grocery store and town. Easy walk across the street for necessities and lobster rolls. Can’t beat the view!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Days was overall enjoyable, but the cleanliness of the cottage was a significant concern. It was unacceptable to arrive to a space that had not been properly cleaned. Given that maintaining cleanliness is a fundamental and manageable aspect of hospitality, this was particularly disappointing. This issue should never arise. Given this fact we will probably search for another Days in the future in hopes that it’s cleaner as we’ve been visiting Days for years and this has never been an issue before.
