Exquisitely charming historic cottage located directly on the water. Have breakfast on your private deck as the sun rises, kayak/paddle board in the calm bay, enjoy long quiet walks on the beach, have a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Provincetown, and then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and seagulls. A peaceful oasis close to the galleries, restaurants, and shops of Provincetown.

Tony and Steve have such a peaceful property. It was great to meet them finally. This was our second year in a row and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you want to get away and unplug. Doesn't get any better than a Dune Shack.

The location is great, with great views over the bay. The bungalow had everything we required for our stay. The only downside is the noise of traffic when trying to get to sleep; but after the first night we got used to it.

A beautiful spot overall, far removed from the town. A few caveats: it is on a main road so you hear the bus going by all the time (can’t avoid it really because there isn’t much land at that point of the Cape anyways). And it also wasn’t as private as advertised, in reality, there are two other cottages pressed right next to this one so you have to get cozy with the neighbors. Otherwise, the cottage itself is neat and tidy, the front porch is a nice spot to hang out and watch the ocean. About 10 minutes of driving from P-town. The beach is right down the stairs from the porch.

We had a great 2 day stay! The property was clean and comfortable with a great view. Close enough to enjoy nearby restaurants, but it still felt quiet and private. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will recommend!! Thanks for a great stay.

Cute cottage right on the beach! This was great for a birthday weekend getaway. It’s super close to P town and the cottages are set in a nice quiet setting.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect spot. I went with my boyfriend to celebrate his 30th bday. The property is right on the beach and only a short drive to Ptown. The vineyard is close by and a great way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Really great place for single or couple right on the beach! Clean and well supplied. Nice furniture inside and on the lovely deck. Heat/cooling if needed but many modern shaded windows for the ocean breezes. Just loved my stay. I’ll be back!!!

Amazing!

Everything about this place was amazing! Easy to find, easy location to get around, close to Provincetown, easy check in and check out process, super cute inside with everything you need, very clean, the best views and literally right on the beach! I can’t say enough good things!

East Coast Pre-Summer

Booked prior to the start of the season on the Cape, but no less a great time! The cottage was close to P-Town and even pre-season there was still a lot to do. The cottage is nice and perfect for a sibling reset or couples getaway or even a recharge with a friend. Communication was great and overall the stay was 10/10.

Spring break spectacular

Came for a spring break trip with the kiddo end of April. Stayed during the week and it was great, quiet with only one other bungalow occupied by its owner a couple doors down. Perfect size for me and the kid. Bungalow was clean and efficient. Nice outdoor furniture for the couple of days where sun was out including a big umbrella shade. Literally just steps over a new walkway for the community about ten feet from the patio to the beach. Has a great view of the water all the way from Provincetown down to the south of Truro.nice to see the lights at night.hosts were great and answered questions quickly. Had to message a question during stay and they answered and brought by batteries for the TV remote same day within like 2 hours. A lot is close by just a quick trip into p-town for fun, and if need ice and stuff there is a store just down the road like half a mile or so. This is a fabulous location for one or two people.
