Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "F4", Turquoise Waters. Enjoy stunning views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach from the 4th floor balcony! F4 has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

All of our condos come standard with the Florida Vacay Rentals amenities that you've come to know and love:

Family beach trip

The condo was terrific and management team was exceptionally helpful! We had 3 generations and found the cleanliness, floor plan, furniture, and location to be terrific.

One of our favorite places to stay in the area

We travel to the Daytona area for business frequently and this was by far our favorite accommodations. It was just beautiful and had everything we needed. Can't wait to visit in 2025!

Excellent Place

Had a wonderful time there, we have daughter that lives in Florida, she came up and she like the place also. Spent my birthday with them, daughter in law and two grandsons. It has been awhile that we were all together for my birthday. Had a great time.

Updated and clean

Had a fabulous stay at the ormondy! Everything is brand new and modern inside. Our crew especially liked the anti fog mirrors with makeup lights in the bathrooms and the huge tvs. The entire rental process from booking to check in and check out was seamless. Highly recommend!

This is a nice, well kept condo. Great location on the beach. The building felt secure, common areas were extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. One minor complaint was the couches in living area were uncomfortable and there were no lamps. Overall, loved, loved, loved it! Will go back there.

Great property!

We stayed here for the week of bike week and it was an awesome time! The house was clean and organized. The host had plenty of kitchen supplies to cook and had a coffee machine as well as a Kuerig. The driveway fit our truck and trailer so we didnt have to pay for trailer parking. The front porch was comfortable to sit outside enjoying the weather. Host answered my questions quickly. Definitely a great place to stay and will look at property again when visiting Daytona!

Great vacation

The property itself is amazing. The cleanliness and updated features throughout the home has taken it to the very top of our favorite places list. We come very Year to the surrounding area and have tried multiple locations and this condo was perfect. The beach is not my favorite it was very steep to get to the ocean but that had nothing to do with the property. There are many rules and we were thankful because it keeps everything in the best condition.

Noisy bother

Knocking pipe sound 24/7. Many interruptions. Broken coffeemaker. Parking lot construction made parking difficult.

OK stay

Locations was pretty good via Daytona Beach. The condo was outdated, elevators one quit working and the AC worked ok. From a safety stand point I've been taught to back in to park my vehicle. Safer in case of an emergency less recks when backed in instead of backing out in an emergency. Had a note put on my windshield. Seemed like a lot of rules and would have an fee if something wasn't done right. All in all it was ok for what we needed not 100% sure if we'd go back.

Excellent place

I just strongly believe that the parking situation should be addressed in the description when you're booking. You are guaranteed a parking spot in the underground garage that has a 6'5" clearance. You are not guaranteed parking outdoors. I found this out AFTER the non-refundable period. I should have been advised of this before. Also, no trailer parking. It wound up that there were parking spots available outdoors for our truck that cannot fit into the garage, but something should be said up front for those who have higher vehicles. Other than this issue, though, everything was really nice. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The unit was well kept, comfortable and provided everything we hoped for during our stay. My family really enjoyed the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again.

Many great beach memories made!

This condo could not have been any more perfect for our family! It is a rare find for a condo to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Not only is the interior of the condo beautiful, comfortable, and nicely furnished but you also get an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from all rooms. The balcony is large and also has a stunning view. Every amenity you can think of was included from the stocked kitchen items to beach chairs and towels. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the park right next door. We can’t wait to come back!
