Located just .4 Miles from Paine's Creek Beach this 4 Bed / 3 Bath home sleeps 8 comfortably. Featuring a crisp modern design and layout, you and your guests will relax and enjoy sparkling water views over Freemans Pond. Wall mounted AC units will ensure you stay comfortable on those balmy summer nights, and an enclosed outdoor shower awaits for you to rinse off after a day at the beach. At night, grill up some food on the gas grill and watch the light fade over the water. Don't miss out on your chance to reserve your space at this wonderful home.
Tenants provide their own linens and towels. No pets, please. Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum rentals during the peak season. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for a family reunion at beach where we have spend many vacations. The view from the patio is stunning.

Beautiful house with beautiful view modern touches

Very nice house with more modern appeal than many houses on the cape which we liked a lot. Very clean, new bathrooms and kitchen. Beautiful view and great location overall. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 teenagers which was plenty of space and I can see it work well for up to 6, but 8 adults would be tight.

Location!

This house advertised a great location, and it did not disappoint! Driving into the property, you see that it’s beautifully landscaped. From the patio, you see the tides coming in to the pond, sunrises and indirect sunsets. There is a lot of beautiful outdoor light coming into large windows everywhere. The house is well divided leaving lots of small spaces to get a little away from a family group and a large gathering space when we wanted to gather. It’s about a 10 minute, easy walk to the beach. The house provided for just about everything we needed, including having some of the basics in the kitchen. The house did not have a hairdryer at the time we visited; you may want to remember to bring your own. We look forward to a return visit.

Family and Friends Summer Vacation

The property was great. The room layout made it possible to have some members watch TV upstairs and no disturb those trying to talk and/or sleep in other parts of the house. One issue which I may have misread, the office with a pull out couch is not really a great room for sleeping since it is a pass-thru to two other bedrooms. We tried to use this room, but the person sleeping in it found it hard to sleep. Other than this, we loved the views and location to beach.
