Whether you are looking to spend the winter season in the Mount Washington Valley or a summer vacation by the water, this is the house for you!

This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home on Little Pea Porridge Pond in Eidelweiss Village features a great open concept kitchen and living area on the main level with a wall full of windows looking out to the beautiful waterfront view. The living room also includes a convenient mini-split and warm woodstove. Off the main living area is the master bedroom complete with queen bed (sleeps 2), large flat screen TV (Roku), and master bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer and spacious closet.

Next, make your way upstairs to find a bedroom that is currently set up as a sitting room with love seat and chairs, a 3/4 bathroom and bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2).

This welcoming house also features a large deck overlooking the water with a wooden walkaway for easy access to the waterfront. Waterfront is natural and rocky, NOT A SANDY BEACH AND NO DOCK/SWIM PLATFORM AVAILABLE.

Available for the winter ski season December 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022 (please call for details) and weekly during the summer months.

***Note: Sheet sets and towels are not provided for your stay; However, blankets, comforters and pillows are supplied. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.***

Amenities include: Washing machine, clothes dryer, TVs, mini-split, woodstove and internet.

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

***CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION ARE SUBJECT TO THE FORFEITURE OF THE PROCESSING FEE + TAX. ALL STR CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT EXCEPTION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES INCLUDING FEES, DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE RENTS MADE ON THE RESERVATION.***

Not what we were expecting

This property is directly on the pond and the pictures show a dock by the shore, which looks like it was taken in the fall. The dock was not in the water. There is no good access to the water unless you walk through mud. There is a public beach a short walk from the house. Not a great location for dogs (or small children) because there is no yard to play in.

Cute property on a cute pond!

The house has so much charm, it was perfect sized for my family of 4. Best for kids my age, 8 and 6, since the stairs are opening and there’s some wires showing in the upstairs bedroom. Funny little quirk is that there’s no door between the master bedroom and bath, but my husband and I aren’t shy! We really enjoyed watching the kayakers in the morning and walking down the road to the little beach. There was some very minor maintenance (smoke detector needed batteries) that needed to be done when we arrived, and Courtney was so easy to work with. She was very quick to respond and worked around our plans. She even came to us to pick up the keys when we were running late during check-out. We had a good time!

Nice place with great water access

We enjoyed our stay! The access to the water was amazing. There is a grill. We had pretty much everything we needed on-site. We wish there were more outdoor chairs and some kayaks. We did bring a kayak of our own and we loved paddling on the ponds!

Really disappointing

No coffee maker, no sheets, reeked of chemicals, and more. You have to haul your own trash to the dump. If you’re paying a lot of money for a week it’s absurd to have to put your trash in your car and take it to the dump. Not to mention drive forty minutes out of your way to return a key in the age of electronic locks. I had high hopes and they were dashed.
