Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting 2-bedroom Hilton Head Cabana is one of the closest units to the beach, making it an ideal choice for guests who want to spend more time enjoying the sand and surf. With a thoughtful layout, comfortable furnishings, and a prime central location, this villa offers an easygoing coastal retreat for families and friends.

The first floor features an open-concept design with tile and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The updated kitchen includes newer cabinetry, granite countertops, and white appliances, along with a convenient stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen. A powder room is located near the dining area, which seats four, and the breakfast bar offers additional seating for casual meals. The living room is comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to a private patio overlooking the courtyard, complete with a gas grill and seating — perfect for relaxed outdoor dining. Upstairs, both bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations, including a primary bedroom with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and generous closet space, and a guest bedroom with two Full beds. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

Located within the quiet, family-friendly Hilton Head Cabanas community, guests can enjoy a peaceful courtyard setting, a refreshing community pool, and plenty of space for kids to play or families to gather. With four complimentary adult bikes, four backpack beach chairs, and one of the shortest walks to the beach, this cabana delivers classic Hilton Head convenience and comfort. The villa sleeps up to six guests and is perfectly suited for your next island getaway.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at Hilton Head. It was our first time here. This property was as advertised and perfect for the 4 adults and 2 kids in our party! Excellent location right across the street from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was excellent!

We had a great vacation and the location was excellent!! Only had one minor issue and it was handled immediately. I do like to cook while on vacation and wish the kitchen was better equipped. The walk to the beach and Coligny Park was not far at all. I absolutely would stay again!

Great location

This condo is in a great location just across the street from the beach and walking/biking distance to Coligny (ice cream and shopping). We would love to see a few updates and a more thorough cleaning, but it worked for our family vacation and the price.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at Hilton Head Cabanas. We love the location. So close to the beach. HHC8 had many additional options that we loved including the bikes and beach chairs. The property manager was very easy to work with and was able to assist quickly when we contacted them with two questions. We would be willing to stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent—right across the street from the path to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. The condo itself is functional but a bit outdated; it could use a fresh coat of paint and new couches. It comes with four beach chairs, which was a nice bonus. There were also four bikes available: two were in working condition, one had an issue with the pedals, and the fourth had a third wheel attachment, making it unusable for a single rider. Fortunately, we only needed two bikes, so it worked out fine and was a nice amenity to have. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

The old switcheroo

Didn’t get to stay here. We were notified 3 days before our arrival that due to construction we were being moved to another property. Things worked out eventually but the new property had ongoing painting as well as a water outage during our stay. Not our best visit to HHI.

Great location & property

Pros: property management is amazing and came very quickly to fix kitchen plumbing; beach access is RIGHT across the street; Coligny Plaza is literally down the street; condo’s floorplan is nice; all appliances worked well; towels and sheets were clean; additional box fans helped keep bedrooms nice and cool; pool and property are wonderful; bikes are included. Cons: floors are extremely dirty; terrible black mold growing under the built-in soap holder in shower/tub; bathrooms were wiped down but not clean; NO sharp knives; toilets needed to be flushed twice all the time; box fans are quite dusty which is not the best for allergies.
