We all enjoyed our time here! Our family of 8 included ages from 2 to 70 and everyone enjoyed their stay! The house was clean and the space was plentiful! We enjoyed the house and pool so much that we never ventured to the community amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised. My family and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Communication for everything was effortless. I called about 1 silly condition with the screen outside down and i was answered immediately and it was taken care of quickly. My kids are older and really enjoyed the themed rooms and pictures. Im sure younger kids will enjoy it even more. Backyard pool and hottub were amazing. Got a lot of use from the whole family.... Only issue i had was not with the property but with the 3rd party I rented the grill from and that was that the propane tank was basically empty. Was just enough gas in it to cook 12 hotdogs and few hamburgers. But I dont hold that against the house owners at all. Will definitely recommend this house to others. Thanks for having us and cant wait to try out one of your other properties.

When it comes to hosts- Chris is second to none. The home was immaculate and the communication with him was prompt and precise. I honestly didn’t know that some hosts were as on top of things as Chris is at all times. Highly recommend if you’re truly looking for a stress free stay.

Family Vacation

The house is amazing, it was cleaned and well stocked with linen and toiletries. The theming was awesome and the kids loved the scavenger hunt throughout the house. I would absolutely stay again.

The scavenger hunt was something I'd been thinking about for a while. I'm so glad your kiddos enjoyed it. I have them at my other houses as well. They're Mickey themed in two, Star Wars in another and the Harry Potter one will be getting it's version soon. We'd love to have you stay with us again.

The host was highly communicative and very timely in responses. The pictures online in the posting are absolutely beautiful and what drew us to select this property. However the actual property was not as pictured in regard to cleanliness and being maintained. Items were worn and either needed to be cleaned or replaced. The outdoor area with the covered area appeared to be gorgeous when we looked at the posting however the cushions were very stained and worn. We did have contact with the host on numerous occasions and he did make reference to knowing there were things that needed to be taken care of and that he was going to be at his property the following month to take care of things. I guess we were somewhat disappointed since what was actual was not as fresh and gorgeous as the listing photos. I cannot say enough about the host as he was very kind and reaponsive. The game room and cinema area of the property was beautiful. Housekeeping needed to be better as there were various areas which were dirty such as the ledge around the master sweet bed

Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The home was fun, clean and we loved having the pool for our lazy days not spent at Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

The house was clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time with the theater room and searching for all the marvel characters throughout. Would definitely stay again. Close to parks.

I'm so glad everyone loved the house. Putting all the rooms together took quite an effort and I definitely stretched out of my comfort zone with the murals. Reviews like this make is well worth it. That pool area is my favorite space in Florida. I love just sitting outside under the gazebo with a coffee or adult beverage (depending on the time of day of course).

Lovely and comfortable for a Disney trip

The theme of the property very appropriate for a Disney vacation. My daughters especially enjoyed the Spider-Man room. The pool was beautiful and much needed after walking the parks all day.

As a father of two, I've always valued creating lasting memories with my children—whether it was beach getaways, Disney vacations, or weekends at the lake. As they grew, I stayed involved by coaching their sports teams and leading youth programs. One of the most impactful experiences for us was the YMCA Parent-Child Program (formerly Indian Guides and Indian Princesses), where I eventually became the head volunteer for both groups. These programs were all about building meaningful bonds through fun, shared events—a philosophy I’ve carried into my work as a short-term rental host.

In 2018, a fellow dad introduced me to the idea of owning vacation homes near Disney. After some consideration, I purchased our first property—Galaxy Beyond—and spent the first year learning the ropes. That experience sparked a new passion, and by the end of 2019, I had added a second home—Princesses Assemble. When the pandemic hit, I leaned into the opportunity and added a third property in July 2020—now known as Villa 9 ¾, inspired by Harry Potter.

In early 2021, I left my full-time job to focus entirely on short-term rentals. Our fourth home, A Villa Far, Far Away, a Star Wars-themed retreat, was a full renovation project that unlocked a creative side I didn’t know I had. Since then, I’ve continued to expand and evolve our portfolio, including the Marvel-inspired SHIELD Safe House in 2022 and the transformation of Villa 9 ¾ in 2023.

Today, my mission is simple: to create immersive, memory-filled vacation homes where families can laugh, connect, and make the kind of memories that last a lifetime—just like I’ve done with my own.
