The ultimate holiday pad for multiple families to enjoy. Our gorgeous two-home property has a ‘Bali feel’ with everything you need to enjoy your time away. Just a short walk to the golden sands of Papamoa Beach, and with access to walkways, cycle paths and playgrounds straight over the back fence, it is the perfect place to enjoy summer!
This neighbourhood is so handy to the beach, shops and parks. So much to do within walking distance. The property itself is located in a quiet, safe and friendly culdasac. Children will enjoy riding their bikes here, climbing the tree hut or playing on the neighbourhood swing.
The ammenities here are ideal for families with a stunning in ground pool, spa pool, large patio for outdoor living, trampoline, sandpit, tree hut and more. The layout of having two completely separate fully equipped homes on the one property, makes this the perfect set up for two families to holiday together while still having their own space.

We are the Cribb whanau. We are a family of five and this is our family home.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We bought this property and completely renovated and extended it to create the beautiful property it is today. People are always impressed with the openness and flow of the indoor and outdoor living here which you cannot see from the road. The back house was originally built for an elderly parent and is completely separate from the Main House with its own front door and outdoor living area overlooking the reserve at the back as well as the pool. We absolutely love our home and our three boys particularly enjoy the pool and playing in the culdasac with the neighbourhood kids.

One of the best things about our property is its location. We usually bundle up our things into a beach trolley and stroll down to the beach in about ten minutes. We built a hot outdoor shower for warm wash offs after the beach. Our property also backs onto Gordon Spratt Recreational Reserve. There are tons of walking/biking tracks, playing fields, basketball courts, playground and skate park all just a few minutes walk from the house.
