Summary:
Close to the beach and in a peaceful Papamoa location , Sandy Feet Retreat is the ideal choice for your getaway! Enjoy your own private beach access offering an easy 100 metre walk to the beach as well as having local shopping ,bars and eateries nearby. This north facing sunny property provides an extensive lawn and deck area and is fully fenced for the little ones and pets to run around.
The Space:
Set over a single level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . The beds are king, queen and a double. Polished concrete floors throughout offer ease of living and the kitchen is fully equipped . There is a single garage that doubles as a games room with a sofa and dart board as well as some games and puzzles.
parking on driveway for up to 3 vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum 2 small dogs allowed - must be house trained and sleep on own bed.
We require a photo and breed of the dog submitted before approval.
We partner with SafeGuest to protect our property and guests. A short online verification will be required prior to check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience.
