Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect for our requirements, clean and the location was great. The property provided all the conveniences of home and the host was so helpful and communication was great.

Wonderful property, great location and has everything you would need...and more. 5 min drive to the beach and supermarket. Great comms with the host. Very impressed.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a beautiful house and had everything we needed. The kids loved playing on the trampoline. Easy process and great communication from host.

Week at AIMS

This house was perfect for 3 adults and 3 teens and right next to the AIMS soccer fields and tennis courts. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had so much fun playing darts in the evening in the lovely outdoor area. Thank you!

Wonderfully Cosy

Awesome place to stay. Warm, comfortable and clean throughout with everything you need. Like living in your own house. Comms with Trish was AAA+. Nice and close to AIMS Games Tennis and Football matches if your Intermediate kids are participating. Happy to use again!

Perfect spot for families or groups

Absolutely amazing house with fantastic facilities and friendly hosts. Plenty of street parking and driveway parking space. Just down the road from the expressway and supermarkets. An absolute gem of a home that was a delight to go back to each night. Thank you so much for having us!

Great family home

Great house with all that’s needed for a beach holiday. Located just a few minutes by car from the beach and shops. Cycle path outside the door that takes you to a playground.

Great place

We drove to Rotorua for some attractions things there also and was a handy distance. Nice quite place to kick back and watch the cricket while bbqing.

AMAZING PLACE!!

This property was amazing, 10/10 recommend!! Trish was lovely to deal with and made things very seamless for checkin/checkout. The house had everything you needed and more, comfy beds with nice bedding is always a nice touch. There is an amazing outdoor area which we all loved and would be perfect for kids and adults! Neighbours were also all lovely which is great. Would love to come stay again - thanks so much Trish!

Perfect for teens

We loved our stay, Trish was so helpful and very flexible with a range of requests. The two teen kids really loved the house and access to the spa. The location is perfect for biking and for the adults is a quick ride to the local papamoa pub. The place was honestly spotless, cleaner than many hotel rooms I have stayed in! Thanks Trish! Debbie

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and comfortable for us, and our children. The photos didn't do it justice :) It was a great location, with plenty of walks nearby, and an easy drive to the Mount and Tauranga

Great place to stay

Booking process was easy and communication from Trish was excellent. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 young kids and enjoyed our stay very much. The house itself is in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Great layout and space for the kids to play. Would definitely consider this place again.

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay. The property is so lovely and communication was so easy.

We had a wonderful time! The property was in a great location. Communication with the owner was so easy and we loved the recommendations they left for us. Everything at the house was easy to use and had instructions which was a dream. Clean and homely, an all round awesome trip for me and my family. Can’t wait to visit again.
