Everything was just as expected - comfortable and cozy, great location, friendly neighborhood, full kitchen - and a wonderful large bathroom after sharing small hotel spaces for a week. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to other visitors. Thank you for a relaxing stop on a long road trip from NC!

This house was perfect for our vacation. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! The only downfall was that the automatic garage door did not work, so we had to manually open and close each time.

Great location & comfortable

This duplex is in a neighborhood just off a main road, making coming and going easy, without the noise. Loveland is a great community for those wanting to avoid the hustle of larger nearby cities. The residence is updated with new floors, a comfortable couch, a large television, and clean bathrooms. It was great having the ability to park inside the garage!

Home away from home

The property was clean, comfortable, and close to everything, but in a quiet area.The host was wonderful. Due to an emergency we had to extend stays, and she helped us navigate everything. Highly recommend this home if you need a placewhile staying in Loveland

Well-equipped! Very accommodating host.

We were in state for the wedding of a niece in Fort Collins the weekend of CSU homecoming. Nevertheless, the ride to Ft Collins was easy, and the location convenient to stores for short-term groceries and sundries. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We didn't use the back yard at all--we were on-the-go. We appreciated the complete coffee and TEA service and supplies. My only suggestion would be to add many more hangers, some dressers, and bedside tables and lamps. But I'm thrilled with our choice! Thank you!

The property was very nice and in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the major streets in Loveland. Near grocery store and food outlets. Would definitely rent again if in the area. Communication with the owner was helpful and pleasant.

Clean and quiet

First of all- the front door lock that changes the code w each stay is awesome. Definitely felt safer w a changed code that is unique to my stay. All VRBO’s should adapt this. It’s great. Second- we are a family full of allergies and a couple asthmatics. So we so appreciate the no pet policy! So us this this two thumbs up!! Home was very clean. Modern. Master bed was comfortable as well Good shower water pressure. No noise. Always love a quiet stay. Location was near family So we give this a 5 solid stars!

Happy with our stay

This was a good location for us and we were comfortable here. Not as updated as some places we have stayed, but very good for the price. Had no issues with check-in or check-out.

Love Loveland

We loved staying in this Loveland property. Very clean, cute a lot of space and good location in Loveland. Host was very accommodating and the process went very smooth. Highly recommend!

A nice place to relax!

We came for UNC’s graduation. It was a great place to come together with friends and family! The neighborhood is quiet, and the property well-maintained. Our only recommendation is to get an iron and ironing board. There wasn’t one we could find. :)
