Holiday in style as you relax and unwind in this lovely three bedroom fully self contained unit, cooled by ceiling fans. With views of the Pacific Ocean, this property can accommodate five people and is tastefully decorated and renovated throughout. One double room with Queen bed and a twin room both overlook the ocean and estuary. Balcony with views and outside eating . Stylish bathroom, internal laundry and convenient garage. Easy walk to shops and beaches and all that lovely Nambucca has to offer.

Please note that this property does not have Wi-Fi.

NB:
- Weekly bookings only during school holidays
- 3 night minimum bookings during off peak seasons
- Strictly NO PETS allowed at property.
- Linen/towels included
- Toiletries are NOT provided, please bring your own products, for example soap, shampoo, spare toilet paper etc.
- Cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged for 2-3 night minimum stays

I wouldn't recommend it

I am just greatful that it wasn't Summer, air-conditioning was non-existent, its actually ceiling fans and a little tiny oil heater, I'm discusted that it was in the description...not good with 3 menopausal women, the toilet brush was in three peices and didn't work, there was a cockroach come out of the toaster and ants on the bench and to add insult to the experience, the Saturday night that we went out someone did damage to my car by trying to break into it, based on this I don't think the next two trips will be booked with Stayz and I'll share that other places so people dont get ripped off like we did as the repairs to my car, will cost more than the holiday and comfort levels were compromised by a lie!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the property is good with some ocean views. Instructions for arrival and departure were clear and precise.We were disappointed to find the garbage bin in the bathroom had not been emptied; we had to wash the frypan and oven trays before use as they still had oil on it; the BBQ was also dirty so we didn’t use it; the dishwasher needs some rinse aid; there were no garbage bags available.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Retreat.The apartment was clean, spacious, and recently renovated.The location was great and views of the ocean and river a bonus.The beds were comfortable, with good pillows and linen. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets.Our only issue was one roll of toilet paper supplied for a 4 night stay and no soap or body wash. The little extras that are generally given would lift the property to the next level :)
