This Holiday Unit is in the perfect location. Situated on the beautiful Nambucca River with 180 degrees of crystal clear water. Only a stone's throw away from Restaurants, Cafe's, Pubs, Clubs, beach just around the corner, local tennis courts and kids playground across the road. Supermarkets and Main Street just a short walk up the road.

Prestigious building with secure common area and single lock up garage (2.1M clearance x 2.4M width).

The property has a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (1x King bed, 1x queen bed and 1x bunk bed), main with en-suite. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Modern & fresh!

Tariff had increased over the 12 months - but a delight to arrive to find both bathrooms tastefully updated and main bedroom wardrobe. New AC and ceiling fans added to the comfort. Maybe opportunity to update dining room furniture as tired and glassware to accommodate three bedroom capability. Complex continues to be superbly maintained. Have rebooked 2025 - and no plans to change that going forward.

Reviewer Comments: A beautiful, spacious, very well equiped 3 bedroom apartment with the most stunning outlook.Kitchen was very well equiped and even had food staples in the pantry.Modern, renovated bathrooms and very comfortable bedding.BUT best of all was the view over the Vwall and out to the Pacific Ocean. From our balcony, we saw whales jumping, dolphins, stingrays and so many fish in the river. Just a walk away from the RSL, Woolies and an amazing fish and chip shop on the waters edge. IN the other direction the boardwalk takes you on a spectacular walk to the rocky headlands. We loved every aspect of this property and would happily stay again.The only small issue was the garage was very tight for our SUV and the garage door a bit tricky to open but this was easily overcome by parking in the visitor carparks.

Family fishing fun

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We regularly stay each year from the end of November for up to 3 weeks in Quayside 2. Whilst the size of the unit is generous & suits our family needs the deteriorating state of the white goods, bathrooms & kitchen equipment needs to be addressed. The location is excellent especially with having our own jetty to secure our boat. However, I had to followup on the broken door hinges of the dishwasher which was not fixed during our stay (we did receive a phone call from a tradesman mid week of our 3rd week but it did suit us for him to attend).Meantime the very old washing machine decided to breakdown after the first week of our stay. I personally visited the RE office Saturday morning & an electrician was sent. He understood my disappointment & the inconvenience & arranged with his boss to get a new machine installed by the end of the day.Also the electric frypan is not fantastic to use.The unit is never extremely clean & could do with the lounge furniture moved so the floor can be mopped behind it.The balconies are always dirty & not pleasant under foot.It doesn't appear like any toilet cleaner/bleach is used to clean the toilet bowls.I am highlighting these issues so future guests can better enjoy their stay.

The only negative on this stay was finding the property's jetties were inaccessible as there was no key for the gate padlock. Disappointing and lucky we didn't take our boat. Otherwise, a fantastic apartment, very well equipped and we will be back!
