Guests can opt to purchase Sea Colony recreation passes, granting access to world-class amenities including private beaches, 12 pools (2 indoor), tennis, fitness centers, and more.
Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and a trundle in the master suite, two twin beds in each of the other two bedrooms, and a trundle in the loft, sleeping up to eight guests comfortably.
The kitchen includes central air, microwave, toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and iron/board. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on five cable TVs and two DVD players.
Outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, multiple screened porches, and open decks with comfortable seating. Two parking spaces are available; parking on grass or patio is not permitted.
This is a non-smoking home. The fireplace is not operational. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Saturday-to-Saturday and flexible bookings (3+ nights) are available. Linens and towels can be provided for $220. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.
