Huge Luxury Condo, Near Rec-Plex, Branson Landing and Branson Hills.

This is the unit guests come back time after time! Located in a very quiet area but only minutes from the shows, shopping and restaurants; a huge unit; one of the biggest 2 bedrooms in the Branson area. Top finishes with granite countertops and high end appliances make this a luxury condo. This is a top floor unit but this building has an elevator so you don't have to deal with stairs at all and you park right out front so it is ideal for guests with mobility issues. We like to provide you with extras like free WIFI, a big basket of snacks, and your morning coffee. You can walk right in and start enjoying Branson!

Eagle Bunker Windsward Condo is in an unbelievable location that once guests stay the stay every time! A really quiet spot so you feel like you are away from everything but minutes to the Rec-Plex, Branson Hills Golf Course and the Branson Landing with every choice of restaurant and the historic Branson Downtown with Dicks 5 & 10 and the penny candy! This unit has an elevator so you don't have to worry about any stairs, top of the line beds, free Wifi and a great location so you can chose Windward now and know you will have a great time!

- Living Area -

The living, dining and kitchen area are one open huge area. You can easily visit while someone makes a snack, watches a movie or plays cards. The big open deck is right off of the living area and overlooks the pool as well. You will feel like you are miles from everything but you are so close to Target, the Branson Landing and 1 min to the Branson Rec Plex. The sleeper sofa is ready for you to enjoy! Big screen tv and free WIFI. There is no larger 2 bedrooms in the Branson area so you will have plenty of space!

PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to a total of 40 lbs at this location and only two pets per unit rented. Do not make a reservation if you don't meet these guidelines! Pets are $15/night per pet. There is no trailer or RV parking at this location.

- Two Bedrooms -
The master bedroom suite includes a king size bed (with high-thread-count sheets, of course), and a private bath with a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed also has a standard bath close by. We include flat screen televisions in both bedrooms, so everyone get to watch what they want! This unit sleeps up to six.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen -
The kitchen in this condo is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. Why wait in line at a busy restaurant when you can enjoy home-cooked food right in the comfort of your home-away-from-home? The kitchen is open to the living area, so the cook won't miss a moment of the conversation. There is also a dining area that is adjacent to the living area.

This condo has it all - even a washer and dryer! You're close to everything, and you're guaranteed to feel right at home. Welcome home!

Host was welcoming, but the furnishings were simply old, worn out. The recliner is very wobbly. All furniture is dirty. When we first entered the condo, there was an overwhelming musty and urine smell! We had to open the patio door to air the place out. The master bedroom mattress was so infirm that both of us almost fell off the edge. Water pressure from the faucets was low, and took a long time for hot water to reach the faucet. The second bed sunk clear to the noisy springs. The coffee pot was good, but it would have been nice to have creamer and sugar available, and other condiments also. The walls are scuffed and in need of paint. Quilt needs cleaning. No laundry room light. The one there is inop. The elevator would make the Devil pray when it starts down!

It was very spacious and felt like home. The entire place was beautiful, especially the balcony and the view. It could have used a little dusting on some of the furnishings but, overall everything was great.

This Condo is in an excellent location with many stores to shop at not far from the condominium but away from all the noise and traffic. It is very clean and a comfortable place to stay and very accommodating for older people with a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and the elevator to this fourth-floor condo is just steps away and so glad we could bring our pet. We will definitely come back.

We loved the location!; quiet, easily accessible, absolutely no traffic issues in the area, very close proximity to restaurants, shopping…. Well, everything! Plenty of room in condo. We enjoyed our stay so much, we opted to add an additional day to our trip! Other than WiFi issues- perfect! Would stay here again!

This is a beautiful property and an excellent location for maneuvering around Branson. You can avoid some of the really busy traffic areas and still get to the venues you wish to visit. The property owners take care to make sure you feel welcome and cared for as you visit. If you have any problems, the solution is just a phone call or text away. We were visiting to see the Sights and Sound theater production of David and it was amazing.

Nice Retreat

I initially chose this location because we have a small dog, and we wanted to include her on this short getaway. Even though we were on the 3rd floor, it was still convenient to get on the elevator to take my pet outside. Plus, we had the bonus of the balcony with the beautiful view of lots of trees and scenery. Thank you for the snacks and clean environment. Lovely!

Our 2nd stay here

This was the second time we stayed in this building. I am glad to see they were working on painting and other maintenance on the exterior to maintain the appearance of the building.good location for us, so we are likely to return.

Nice place and great location

The place is very nice and comfortable. A couple issues - we spilled water in the kitchen upon arrival and used a paper towel to wipe it up. The floor was dirty (pic attached) and our feet were always dirty. While I was taking a shower in the large bathroom Friday morning, a spider fell on me (pic attached). Finally, on a good note, the TV didn’t work in the large bedroom. Dakota worked on it and decided the TV was bad. He went out into the stormy weather and bought a new one. Dakota is a very polite and helpful young man! 5 stars for Dakota. Thank you.

Branson Getaway

The condo was prefect. Everything was as detailed in the property description. We had a problem with the WiFi that was taken care of in a total of 5 minutes. Good location, away from the busy theater traffic, but only 5-10 minutes from anywhere. Loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

Great time in Branson

The condo was very comfortable and surprisingly big. Most places turn out to be smaller than pictures make it out to be. But this place did not disappoint. We had a great stay and will be back when the pool is open.
