Great location, easy to get to everything but still away from the chaos. Great if you have pets, just be careful of all the knick knacks!

Cozy Hendersonville home

Home is older with some nice updates and was very clean upon arrival. It is filled with a large number of lovely antiques. Renters with active dogs should be aware of the numerous breakables in the house. Nice, fenced yard for dogs but nowhere to walk your dog due to being on a busy street.

Bad experience - property not available

The home was not available when we arrived. The owner said she cancelled it with management company but the management company never informed us so we show up and found out we had no place to stay, not a very pleasant vacation, thanks to encore. They finally found another place (after about 4 hours in the hot sun) that was a downgrade but we need a place to stay so took it.

Spacious home stay

Overall, great experience. Clean home. Lots of room for families to spread out after a long day. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing "missing" might be salt and pepper in the kitchen and perhaps some welcome info that lists local attractions (restaurants, trails, etc.) Very responsive host as we found ourselves locked out of a bedroom one morning. :-)

Mountain visit

The house is great and convenient to Hendersonvillle. Nicely decorated. The only challenge was the beds are a bit hard.

Antiques everywhere!

Very convenient location. On a busy highway but easy access made for safe entrance and exit. Spacious property that allowed for privacy and communal space. Older home updates tastefully done. Would request towel bars in master bath. House appointed with beautiful antiques.

GREAT home!

Traveled with family, 3 adults, 1 child and 3 dogs. House is conveniently located to everything! Host very responsive, front porch was awesome. Would recommend. Spent 7 nights.

Wonderful

It was a beautiful home, was very polished and clean and a wonderful fit for my family of five. The closed in fence was a life saver for having a dog and the host was always attentive and provided a reassured stay.

Great property

Great space for a family. Very clean and the check in process was seamless. Beautiful view from the front porch. Convenient to Hendersonville and Chimney Rock.

House was very nice, loved the location. Having a fenced area for the dogs was fantastic.

If I could say anything negative about the property I would just say the back door which led to the fenced in yard did not have an actual door knob it was not safe and secure and I hook and latch is the only thing that closed the door. There was also a storm cellar outside that had hurricane type shuttle shutters metal roofing laid over the top it was very sharp on the edges which but it right up against the stairs to get inside so you had to be really careful with the dogs and yourself so that you didn’t cut yourself a little bit of a hazard
