Although we do our best to keep the home pest-free, the heavily wooded setting means that, on occasion, spiders may find their way inside, particularly if there are a few days between guest stays or following severe weather. The WiFi interruption was the result of severe weather in the area a few days before your arrival. The service was working prior to the storm and has since been repaired and restored.
