Blast for the 4th

This property was in a great location, close to the beach, stores, and pool. Our family enjoyed this house, and we will be booking it again.

Great stay at Chris’s Salty Crab

The location is excellent and the home is spacious and welcoming. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balconies. The beach was just a short walk away and the pool was even closer which was great for the grown ups and the littles. We definitely plan to revisit ASAP!

Great Location

Our family loved how quiet the neighborhood was and how close the house is to the ocean. There are also several food trucks close by and some within walking distance. There is plenty of room in this house with good sized bedrooms. We loved our stay!

Relaxing Getaway

The property was as pictured - absolutely beautiful. The rooms were well stocked with the necessities. The house is perfect for a family. The owners were easy to work with and the property manager made sure everything went well

Spectacular Beach Views

Chris was very responsive. Even had a detailed folder of what to see and where to eat in the area. The house was super clean including ceiling fans! The views of the ocean were breathtaking. We will be back !!!

Quick fall break run

2nd time at this neighborhood. 1st time at Chris' Crab. Everything is as stated. Quite and private. Saw 1 person at the pool in 4 days. Quick walk across to beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway!

We stayed five nights and had a great time! There was plenty of space for our whole family (5 adults and two kids). The location is great and is an easy walk to the beach. The added on golf cart made it easy to shuttle our beach things to and from the house. Check in had a slight issue but it was remedied very quickly! Our only minor complaint is that the beds were a bit firm for our liking and there weren’t many towels/washcloths/kitchen towels… We would definitely stay at this property again!

Walk to beach was a more than what pictures made it appear. Home could be very nice, needs some TLC, updating and a really good cleaning. House was roomy except queen bedroom on main floor. The mattresses need replacing, needs new refrigerator. Bathroom main floor smells like mildew even though I did not see any. Probably tub drain. The shower curtains up stairs baths were molded. Outside under house could also be very nice if organized and cleaned up.

Perfect Stay For Families

Our vacation was an absolute delight, thanks to the perfect setup of the house for our large family. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren, and the accommodations couldn't have been better. Upstairs, one room with a private bath comfortably housed two adults in a king bed and two small grandchildren on a sleeper sofa, while the other room boasted a king bed, a private bath, and a spacious balcony offering beautiful ocean views and breezes. It was an ideal spot for our morning yoga sessions. The middle floor was the heart of the home, featuring a guest room with a queen bed, a full bath, a generous laundry room, and a fantastic open-plan kitchen, family room, and dining area. This floor served as a wonderful gathering space, complete with its own large balcony. Downstairs, the terrace floor provided a cozy bunk room for the remaining three grandchildren. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for both family bonding and beach fun. With the swimming pool and tranquil beach just a short stroll away. It also had convenient amenities like food trucks, a gas station, and a Dollar General within walking distance. This house definitely met our expectations for a large family vacation. Also, Steve the property manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you

Great Location and Large Rooms

We had a great time. We had one issue when we arrived, but property manager immediately got repairs done. The two upstairs bedrooms are both basically masters. Great Location with easy walk to beach.

Mexico Beach

The entire process was simple. We were able to enjoy our stay from the day we arrived until the day we departed. We travel to one of the Florida coasts every year and this year was the most enjoyable so far. Beautiful property and surrounding beaches!
