Willow Bend #832 - Perfect Location & Pet Friendly!

Willow Bend #832 is a nicely decorated 2BR/2BA Condo located on the 3rd floor in this golf course community. This spacious property has an open kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas. The high ceilings creates plenty of space for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and it has been updated with all new counter tops. This property has been completely renovated with new floors, updated kitchen and new furniture.

The dining area is comfortable and has plenty of seating for everyone. The living room is perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the large Flat Screen TV. There is a great balcony that overlooks the pond so you can watch the ducks and turtles. The Primary bedroom has a King Swing that will split into 2 twins if needed and it has an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds as well. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo for your use. This property will accept a small dog under 35lbs with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee.

The pool area is right next door and there is a grill area available too if you like to cook out. Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf Courses on the property if you like to golf. Ask us for more details. The beach is a short drive away and there is a free shuttle if you don't want to drive that runs every hour in the summer season. It will drop you off at the beach access and runs until 4:30 every day.

Barefoot Landing is right over the waterway and has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions to enjoy. Eat a delicious meal at the Flying Fish Restaurant or Greg Norman's Australian Grille. Check out a show at the House of Blues or Alabama Theater. Grab a beer at the Crooked Hammock or Wild Wings Cafe! There is so much to do here, you will be back year after year.

Perfect spot for a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such an easy process. The condo was updated and had new appliances and decorated beautifully. Looks just like the pictures! It was a very comfortable stay. The area is quiet and not too far from the beach. The only thing I would recommend is to get a better cleaning service. There were hand prints on the doors, and bunches of hair in certain corners (probably after mopping), and orange mold on the shower heads, which was easily removed with Clorox wipes.

Reviewer Comments: After our vacation to Aruba feel through, I was scrambling to find someplace to go on vacation the day before we were to leave and found this condo. Located in the Barefoot resort area, the location was perfect. In 10 minutes you could be at a restaurant at Barefoot Landing or the beach. The condo was newly renovated, well equipped, and clean, with linens provided. The pool was right next door. The patio door was a little tricky to get open, but was a nice space to sit and listen to the frogs at night. Only request would be some nicer furniture to relax on the patio. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again.
