Surfing, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, or exploring the many fabulous beaches nearby, there is something for everyone and with comfortable 2 storey accommodation for 6-8 guests, this stylish beach house is the perfect place to relax and unwind afterward.
With 2 TV/Chill out zones you will have plenty of space for the whole family to relax.
Property Features:
A large, fully fenced backyard where the children can play. Dogs are accepted with owner's approval.
A well-stocked kitchen with a new dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and new induction stove.
Two living spaces- one upstairs that leads out onto the front entertaining verandah area overlooking Green Island.
Three bathrooms, one on each level, and an ensuite.

A great house for a low key relaxing family stay. The view from the balcony is an absolute highlight, the house is a super close walk to Manyana back beach plus there is a huge flat back garden (hint: pack a pickle ball set for the teens!). The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with utensils and there is plenty of space to throw the beach bags at the bottom of the stairs. A perfect beach holiday house. We will be back!

Fabulous location and great house

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific, easy walk to beaultiful Manyana beach and a great view from the deck and kitchen. The house was perfect for our needs with extra space downstairs for kids.

Great Location, Great House!!

Had a great Easter enjoyed the views and the house. Had all amenities just had to bring linen and towels. Close to the beach and during the cold had the fireplace! Great for dogs, big and small. Fully fenced backyard. No wifi though. Would come back here.. pleasant communication with owner. Easy access and nice quiet neighbourhood.

Why they chose this property

This is a clean and comfortable family beach house complete with updated bathrooms, new beds and new kitchen appliances, ideally positioned within walking distance of Manyana beach, with some of the best views of Manyana enjoyed from the front balcony. On hot summer days, you'll appreciate that all rooms upstairs have overhead remote control fans and sliding screened doors to let the cool breeze flow through the house.

What makes this property unique

As a beach house, it goes without saying you will enjoy a relaxed, no-fuss stay. The views are sensational, the house is very comfortable and the beach location is fabulous. Upstairs there are three bedrooms- the main has a new king bed and ensuite. The other two bedrooms have new queen beds. Each bedroom has ceiling fans. The updated bathroom has a separate toilet and bath/shower area.
Downstairs there is a comfortable tv room and bedroom with two new single beds.
