Seaside Beach and Racquet 3201 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 2nd floor of building 3.



***THE NEW ELEVATOR INSTALLATION IN BUILDING 3 WILL BEGIN JANUARY 12TH AND LAST ABOUT 2 MONTHS. YOU WILL NEED TO USE BUILDING 4 OR 5 ELEVATOR DURING THIS TIME. Dates subject to change.***



Condo Features:



‱ Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom



‱ Tile flooring is throughout the unit



‱ Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



‱ Washer and dryer are inside the unit



‱ Living area has a sofa sleeper



‱ Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



‱ Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



‱ Third bedroom features two twin beds



‱ Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes at the front desk ($50 each, limit 2). Credit card only. Parking passes are only valid for 31 days. Winter monthly reservations will need to purchase new parking passes every 31 days of the reservation ($50 each, limit 2).



‱ No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



*Smoking is only allowed to the west of the indoor pool and to the east of building five by the bike rack

*Pools will be unlocked at 8:00 am and locked at 10:00 pm each day.

*NO BOATS, TRAILERS, OR BUSES ARE PERMITTED TO PARK ON SITE

The view was absolutely beautiful! The view of the pool, great! The location was perfect and close to grocery and attractions. Beds were comfy. Just a little updating of a few things would make this place a 5 star review. Overall, this condo worked great for me and my family on spring break. Would visit again!

Perfect for family

This property was exactly as listed and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We enjoyed the views of the beach from the living room as well as bedroom. Would absolutely rent again.

Loved it!!

The apartment was a good size and comfortable with good natural lighting. The view was really pretty too! It smelled a little musty but it was a minor issue, overall very nice!

We loved the location. Great view of the pool and beach. There was a very long piece of pvc pipe on the balcony. Some of the curtains were falling down in the master bedroom but we were able to put them back up. There was a giant roach in the 2nd bathroom. Cleaning crew came into our unit almost an hour before checkout then continued to knock on the door until checkout time.

Family Vacation

Condo was great. Very clean, beds comfortable, overall a great stay. Location of condo is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was having to pay $50 for parking pass. We were in two cars so that added $100 to our stay. Would have thought for the price we paid to stay in condo that parking would be included.

Great stay!

We had a family trip with 4 adults and 3 kids. We all had a great time. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it was steps from the beach close to stairs and elevator and the outdoor pool.we were also close to Walmart and alot of restaurants and stores. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach and listening to the waves . We would stay at this condo again. We had alot of fun! Maria H.

Family Beach 2024

Nice unit--loved the corner unit! Three bedrooms worked perfect with kids having their own room. View of the ocean & pool was beautiful. Easy access to shopping & restaurants. This unit does need a few updates tho. The dryer door kept popping open when running and the tile floors needed cleaning better. Small bathroom door needs replacing. Other than that it had everything we need. Great family vacation!

Overall pleased

Overall pleased. Good view, great balcony size, plenty of dishes, easy booking and was clean. However, the king rooms bathroom could use i new shower head as it sprays out/upward. Also in the king room, the middle window for ocean view was completely uncleaned and hard to see out of. The laundry door was off and propped on the wall. These were minor inconveniences though and we were overall happy with this rental!

Terrible pots and pans for cooking and it was very difficult managing with what was there. Remotes to tv’s downstairs did not operate tv’s so had to manually turn on and off, changing channels and volumes. Did not use tv’s upstairs so not sure about them. Beds were comfortable and liked the layout of condo. Never stayed in condo that I had to pay $30 to park when I’m staying there.

Family time

The beach was nice as well as the pool. My family and I were really unhappy and discouraged about the condominium being in such poor findings. The master bath door frame was busted and being held together by tape. The queen bed was so rickety that the frame was close to falling apart. The condominium is really outdated and not furnished with much thatbis normally used when wanting to cook. Enough soap for 1 days dish cleaning by hand and appliance was furnished for use. One bedroom did not even have a television for late night relaxation and one had a television, but did not work unless you wanted to pay to watch a movie. There were no beach chairs or umbrella available for complimentary use, insteadnyounwere expectex to pay for them. Parking even cost when it should be included since you pay a great deal.just to rent the place. We did not feel like we were on vacation to relax,enjoy, or have fun. Instead, we had to call for maintenance on the bed that was broke, the television not working, and then again duento dishwasher amd refrigerator both leaking water. My family and I felt like we were taking care of anothers problems that we would do if we were home. I will say, they were prompt when responding to concerns. I feel like I overpaid for a vacation that turned out hectic rather than relaxing and fun for my family. I will not be staying at Seaside in the near or distant future.

The beach view was beautiful from the condo, but the condo was run down more so than one would expect for the price. We will not be returning to this particular unit.

I’m fairly pleased with the condo. It’s exactly as the description says. The view and location is great. The linens were nice. I felt for the price of the rental that more supplies should be included. I feel like there should be a more ample amount of supplies to last throughout our trip.
