Beautiful property

The property, location, and view were all beautiful. The kitchen was perfect for us and we even used the gas grill for grilling. Guests will need to bring their own can opener. It rained the entire time with flooding but we made the best of it and enjoyed the inside of the beautiful home. My only recommendations are for the host to update their welcome book with the new wifi password. They should make sure the access code to the property is correct. They should also speak to their make-ready team to ensure there is toilet paper in all bathrooms so the guests don't have to look for it to put on the roll when they arrive. They should make sure there are enough trash bags. Most importantly, there was no hot water upstairs! That was a huuuuge inconvenience for us.

A beautiful escape on the lake

This house had a great layout and worked well for kids. Kitchen is huge and there are multiple levels of decks overlooking the lake. We’d absolutely stay here again - it definitely felt like a home away from home. Owners are super nice, responsive, and helpful.

Beautiful house but patio area not clean and available to access

Beautiful house as shown but unable to use code to enter home due to not working had to call Hilda and she gave us her code. Unable to access WiFi, code left in home did not work and upon calling Hilda was not able to give us a working code. We had to attempt different variances till successful. Lights confusing for exterior and unable to turn all on to find out the string lights on patio were out and more. Too many exterior patio pictures on website when it was all covered up and in a disarray. A lot of emphasis on patio and outside area when it was all covered up, spider webs and spiders everywhere not maintained. Even saw A brown recluse and somethin else about the size of a quarter. Right near outlets where our hands go. Great weather to use outside patio. Requested Hilda per text to come clean the patio so we may use but responded it was Thanksgiving holiday and would have to see. Never heard back. The gas grill on premises not workable deteriorated on inside.

Great Stay at Lake Travis

We had a wonderful stay in this house at Lake Travis. The house is exactly like the pictures. The view from the decks is spectacular. I enjoyed sitting outside in the morning reading and relaxing. We also enjoyed having lake access in the neighborhood.

Miserable with potential

Host thru VRBO misrepresented the actual active construction taking place when I specifically addressed that concern and I sent video to document. We asked to be moved and the response fro Eric was a compensation of $187.00. We were awakened at 6:00 am to jackhammers and cement pumps while in the home. Keyless entry was defective and the dishwasher inoperable during a Covid surge. I spoke to 3 different people at Evolve and never received the courtesy of a followup phone call. Absolutely no excuse for this poor management and the inconvenience. While the home is charming however unless it is managed properly it will never meet VRBO standards. We plan to appeal through our Visa account.

Girls Weekend

I loved all the rooms and sitting areas to chat with friends. The outside multi level decks were great. Everyone of the decks had something a person could do privately or just enjoy the view of the lake. The firepit was a blast. Thank you for your accommodations. I will defiantly come back .
