Great spot for a relaxed holiday, nice peaceful neighbourhood and great location close to papamoa town. Easy walk to the beach. Communication with the rental manager was efficient. Highly recommend, a great spacious house for larger groups.

Amazing views and great house all around

The home is spacious and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. The host was excellent and commu icated with us throughout our stay to be sure all was well. No complaints.

Amazing location (just across the road from the beach and 5 mins to Papamoa shops), lovely large living spaces, clean and in good condition. We loved our stay - would highly recommend!

Good stay

The property was at a great location, close to the beach and amenities. We enjoyed our time there. Property was very clean and tidy. The only issue was the AC in the lounge was not working, hopefully it has been fixed now. Overall satisfied with stay

prime location for winter unwind

a great spot with easy access to beach, Papamoa shops and a short bus ride or drive to the Mount. Kitchen was well appointed but could use a bit more crockery and pots and pans for cooking to suit six including 2 hungry teens. And the tech to make the TV work to full potential was a bit beyond my expertise. But overall a great experience and greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and relaxing home base

Spacious property with almost immediate access to the wonderful beach makes it a very relaxing place. We, a family of 4, plus grandparents had by far sufficient room and privacy while we could enjoy tome together in the large kitchen and living room.
